I had the pleasure of renting their bounce houses, tables and chairs! They were the "cheapest" believe me compare to all other rentals (i planned my daughter's party for 8 months so i've check out/ called and compared all other). No deposit. You just have to pay "cash" --cheaper than card, after they set up. They have military access which is A+ and free shipping, set-up and pick up. We live on-base on the old housing and our electric outlet couldn't handle the 2 blowers for the pirate deluxe bounce house.. they came back with a generator (an added $45- but it's worth it than having to worry bursting our outlets). They came early at 8am so i was able to set-up for the party right away! The 2 guys were very fast, efficient and friendly! The business owners I was talking too even helped me with a cooler for the party (thank you so much!). I am recommending them so much for all your parties need! I spoke with a very friendly woman when reserving my equipment; the day of my event I received a courtesy call from the staff informing me they were on their way and was warmly greeted by two young men. Unfortunately, there were some issues with the location we used and the outlet that I was told would work didn't; quite impressed with how readily they did this, the two young men right away found a way to get power although it created extra work for them. Last but not least, the facility we used was supposed to provide a small covered area, well, the tarp wasn't up and we were told that we would have to help the staff get it up, they immediately stepped in to assist! Our neighbors booked them for their sons first birthday party. It took them weeks to get back to them and she had to reach out multiple times to even verify they received her messages. Fast forward to the day of the party and no one showed up, she called multiple times, texted and email and no response. This company use to be good but has gone down really fast in the last few months. We have personally rented from them 4 times and in the last 2 times, they have been super late on delivery. The only thing they offer is to keep it longer but that's not helpful if you are having a party and it is at certain time and you expect the delivery before that. Coordinating the rental with the company was easy - the owners are very responsive in answering or returning calls and helpful over the phone. The prices here are very reasonable compared to the prices I saw elsewhere when I was doing my initial search. They called 15 minutes before scheduled delivery, arrived on time, and we paid cash to avoid the 5% credit card fee. All the kids loved the pirate bounce house castle that we rented. It had a slide and basketball hoop inside and it looked super cute too because there was a giant pirate on the outside and to enter the castle you crawl in under his legs haha.
