Luckily I was home and went out there to ask them to stop digging the yard and they told me that my septic was damaged. The young man who I assume is one of the sons started screaming profanities at me and I asked them to leave. I had another company come out to figure out what the damage was and there was no damage. They try to scare you especially if you are a female so you pay them money to fix issues that are not broken. Very sketchy business and if you notice they are one of the few that do not have an actual website that you can review. Customers beware! There are lots of other local companies to choose from.

Great service at a very reasonable price…read more When I shopped around for an excavating company to trench for new electric conduit, Diego from KNL promptly responded by text and by phone (as I requested) and offered to come by the same day to provide an estimate. He was right on time for the estimate and seemed to know what he was talking about. His price was very reasonable. I offered him the job and worked out a time for both him and my electrician to do the job. On the day of the job, Diego showed up exactly as planned, a half hour before the electrician. They had communicated and planned the job out. Diego and his helper were ready to work with an excavator that was well suited in size and power for the job. The electrician showed up on time and they worked flawlessly together. Diego ran the excavator, his helper dressed the trench and the electrician laid the conduit. They got the job completely done, trench dug (including removing several really impressively large boulders), conduit laid, back filled, regraded and raked, grass seed spread all in one day (actually before lunch). The job was left in immaculate condition. All that's left now is to wait on the power company and watch the grass grow. Originally I was planning to rent a trencher and dig the trench myself. BOY am I glad that I had the good sense to let a professional with experience and professional equipment deal with the rocks problems. It would have taken me days to dig and even longer to back fill. Did a fantastic job removing granite and building a retaining wall for a pool. Ripped a chunk of my…read moregarage roof off with a bulldozer but repaired it the next day. It took him a month after he said he'd finish laying sand to actually come to our house and do it. When he was done, the sand was at a fairly steep angle. When, I told him I needed the land level, he said he made it angled on purpose to drain water. I asked him to level it and he said that no where in the contract did it state that the area for the pool had to be level. He just came and got his equipment after 2 weeks of leaving it in my yard, and he left all of the huge sand bags that he used. I joked with my girlfriend that even though I put the sand bags right in the bucket of his equipment he would probably just leave them in our yard which of course, he did. He also put a road in to get his equipment up to the pool area and left it in. That road now dumps water on to my driveway which freezes. He said he could fix that problem for another 6 thousand dollars. One day he was smoking marijuana on the job which might explain why he took out a piece of my garage and threw a tantrum where he was yelling at and kicking his trailer. I would not use this company again. I showed my Supervisor who needed some landscaping done, the work he did and he thought it was really nice. Then I told him the down side to using this company and instead of driving business to this company, I unfortunately had to strongly advise against using them.
