Great experience with Alex Perez. We have huge palms and he trimmed them for us beautifully. Very responsive and helpful.

I had a fantastic experience with Dagoberto Figueroa from CPM Landscaping Pros! Whenever there's an issue with my home's landscaping, he's right there to sort it out promptly and with top-notch results. He's super easy to work with, always arriving with a friendly smile and a can-do vibe. His work ethic is unmatched - he's dedicated and always goes the extra mile. Couldn't recommend him and the team more highly. 5 stars! I think in most service base businesses there's a project management component, there is a people management component, and then there's a way to navigate things when there are bumps in the road or time delays... Dagoberto and team did an A+ job across the board. read more

The WORST company ever! They constantly KILL grass, they have left dead bushes on the grass for over 8 months after they died from a tornado. The owner basically said they are a cheap, low-quality company but they will take a contract anyway, knowing they will do a terrible job. Do NOT ever hire these people! read more

The ABSOLUTE WORST - save yourself all the time and headache and don't even think of hiring these people whether its for a simple home or an entire community, they will ruin every blade of grass they touch...it's actually embarrassing...on top of that Greg, is one of the worst human beings you will ever deal with and for every weekly issue will blame it on his workers and that they don't speak english so they dont understand instructions....it's just a roll of the dice what to expect, but one thing is consistent, they will make your property worse then before they started and that Greg will continue to be one of the worst human beings on earth read more

They weed whacked my plant I've been nurturing for months. I have weeds some as tall as I that I have to pull myself. I've pointed out the weeds to management who say they will have it taken cared of on the following visit. It NEVER happens. But they do KILL PLANTS. I m a disabled senior and enjoyed going out each morning to check on, spray, water, or feed the plant. All I have now is a stump. read more

Complete Property Management trimmed my 4 large Magnolia trees yesterday and did an outstanding job. Their crew of 6 where professional, polite, and extremely neat. The tree where well-trimmed and shaped to our satisfaction. All branches, trimmings and leaves where remove, including those that fell into the hedges below to the extent that you couldn't say any trimming was done looking at our landscape. I was also particularly pleased by the safety gear and procedure the crew utilized as well as their professional equipment. I would highly recommend this professional property management company. read more

They just re-did my sprinkler system after it had to be re-routed since I built a new pool. They gave me a reasonable estimate and Jason and his crew did a fantastic job. read more

CPM did an amazing job with my plants. Dave even got on my ladder and helped me with my outdoor light bulbs.

Excellent crew and did the job well. They are professional and after the job they cleaned up the area

Joe and his team did a great job at K-9 Resort in Pompano for us. So.e of the best looking trees in Pompano Beach.

CPM was terrible from the start. I called to get an estimate on landscaping rocks around my property. I used the same company that my community hires for HOA landscaping work. The guy showed up without letting me know he was coming and called from my property when I was away and couldn't get back. We had to talk about the job over the phone, which wasn't optimal because I couldn't point out what trees I wanted the rocks under, and it was hard to communicate with him through the phone. Once I had received a written estimate and paid half as a down payment , nobody called me to schedule the work and I had to call numerous times to get it scheduled. Their communication is terrible. They promised a date in the next month, which was later than I wanted but there was nothing I could do about that. When the time came, I prepared my property for them to come on the promised date. They didn't come that day and didn't call. They didn't come the next day either. Two days later they finally came and did the work. The job was okay but it wasn't exactly what I wanted, but I decided it was good enough. I called the next day to give them the debit card number that I wanted the second half of the job to be charged to, and they took my card info. For two weeks I heard nothing and they didn't charge my card. I was trying to get my finances figured out and paying bills, and I just wanted the job to be paid so I could move on with my finances and have it be done and over with. I called numerous times and either they didn't call me back or I talked to someone who said they needed to get the updated invoice from the crew chief. I waited some more and after it had been 3 weeks since the job had been completed and still no return call and no charge to my card, I called one more time and said I want to get this paid and asked what the holdup was. Now they said the crew chief was on vacation and they couldn't get the invoice from him. I was getting pretty fed up and said I just want to pay the job and move on. So they said I could mail a check for the remaining balance and if anything changed for the amount, they would let me know later. I said okay, if I mail a check, will you not charge my debit card? And they promised they wouldn't charge my card. Of course, you guessed it, they cashed my $772 check and also charged my debit card $772, within a day of each other. So now my checking account was overdrawn and my bank would charge me an overdraft fee for it. I was so frustrated. I called and gave the office woman a piece of my mind. She claimed to know nothing about the check being mailed and said that the debit card was the one I had given her so she charged it for the job, though she had never called me to let me know. She didn't know who had cashed my check. She said there was nothing she could do now but cut me a new $772 check and return it to me. I said, no, that won't help the overdraft issue with my bank. I had to call my bank then and dispute the $772 debit charge and I'm still dealing with that now, as they need evidence that I was charged twice for the same amount. It has been very aggravating and time-consuming. My next-door neighbor also has been going through other crap with this company. Neither of us will ever use Complete Property Maintenance again. Stay away from them!!! read more

They used harmful pesticides near my garden and it ended up killing the plants they also used roundup which is carcinogenic and gave my relatives cancer back in the 50s read more

I would only trust CPM to trim and remove coconuts from our palm trees. They trimmed the palms as needed (some companies trim too much...palms need specific care and Shawn Kay, who heads up their tree division, is an expert in tree care and personally oversees the jobs), carefully removed huge bunches of coconuts and cleaned up the yard of all debris. From the time I ordered the job (the office is totally professional and efficient) to completion of the job was only a couple of weeks which is excellent during a very busy season. I had a couple of last minute requests and I was able to talk to Shawn on the phone as he walked my yard to make sure everything was done and he could not have been more accommodating. Other companies may charge slightly less (maybe only saving $100 less) but it's not worth it- it doesn't make up for the fact that I am assured that I can trust CPM to do the job well, and safely, too. read more
