We evaluated around 6-7 companies, and off the recommendation of a neighbor we had Letts come out. I was a bit hesitant because you are charged for a minimum of an hour, there is no free estimate. However, in that time he shored up a leak with a temporary patch and had an estimate of how much work it would be to take care of everything, which ended up being much more reasonable than some other places we evaluated. Adam came back when he had enough open schedule to fix everything and some parts were shipped in. An incredibly nice guy, and just an incredibly fair and integrity oriented operation. All the vendors I evaluated were five stars with many reviews, but Letts was the only one that didn't feel like I was being upsold and he was just out there to help me solve my problems. Honestly can't wait to hire them again, which is an absurd thing to say about a plumber, but man what a great experience. I will rave about them to anyone who will listen.

I won't name their name but after fast inital reponse - nada. So I called my goto plumbers. We went out and bought a replacement water heater from Ferguson (check out my review for them - awesome). My wife and I dollied and manipulated all 137lbs of that bad boy into the garage. Edgar was my tech from Magnificent (He thought it was a "check" vs. "replace"). This could have been a disaster because we are now at New Year's Eve. They typically only do commercial water heater replacement but calls his boss, gets the gren light and because we are loyal customers, discounts the service cost. He tells me he can do it, calls to re-arrange some family plans and just makes it happen! At the end, he noticed a pipe with some carbon monoxide venting which he also fixed. We've used them on several different occasions and it's ALWAYS 5+ stars.

I don't often leave reviews but after receiving service from Complete Plumbing, I decided to write one. I could not be more please with this company. It is family owed and the father and son duo is nice to see these days. I was originally quoted over $6k by my first plumber, I figured I would get a second opinion before spending that kind of money and I found, Complete Plumbing. They responded same day and eased by anxiety by telling me they could fix it without having to pull my whole shower apart. They saved me thousands!!! They thought outside the conventional plumbing box and came up with a way to fix my leak. They were quick, clean, transparent and most importantly, they were honest. When it was discovered that our main water valve turn off was leaking Aaron was recommended. I reached out to Aaron, he quickly responded and set up a time to come. Aaron arrived in the window of time he said he would be here. He explained to both my husband and I what he would do and also where he was in the process if we walked out into the yard. Aaron was able to talk and work as he was asked questions. In the process of fixing the leak our sprinkler system was in the way, but Aaron found a way to work it out so both are working. On a short notice (very short) and after receiving two other estimates from bigger companies that were not solid in their assessments (my opinion), I went with Aaron. He understood my problem with the water heater and came out the next day and got it done. Aaron replaced a water heater for us a couple of weeks ago. Our tenants had no hot water, Aaron came the next day. He not only replaced the water heater, he also ensured the installation was compliant with current plumbing code ensuring strapping, drain pan, condensate lines, and overflow tank were all in place. He assessed the problem and took care of all the processing with the manufacturer, as it was still under warranty. Once onsite, Elias Landa assessed the situation and provided a detailed explanation of what needed to be done and provided updates throughout the working process. Once the leak was found, Elias explained the next steps to fix it. After the leak was fixed, Elias sent a picture of the replaced pipe, and all the dirt was put back. Landa Plumbing not only fixed the leak, but also provided great customer service from beginning to end. I will definitely use them again!

Somehow it was both the perfect size and strength to get exactly jammed in the garbage dispoal. With family and friends coming over and a lot of activity in the kitchen, this was a big problem. We called around to multiple plumbers and found Stefano recommended by another family with a garbage disposal issue. He was one of few plumbers who got back to us promptly and who did not charge an extreme "out of hours" markup for coming out on a holiday. When he tackled the blockage, he ended up disassembling the garbage disposal but was able to both remove the cup and replace a gasket that had gotten damaged in the process of me trying to unjam the disposal. Not only that, Stefano was upbeat and did a great job of entertaining our 2 year old who was watching on with wide eyes.
