I went to Complete Neurological Care wanting to understand some issues I've been having with memory and focus. The Nurse Practitioner, Ms. Tagliaterri, was a bit brusque, but caring and I felt good about my interaction with her.
She did tell me felt I needed these IV vitamin treatments. I did one in the office there, but felt no difference at all. I then went online and saw that this is something a lot of practices are doing to stimulate income, but the results are mixed, so I decided not to do it.
For all of my appointments, they were late. The 9am slot means 9:30. I had some interaction with a young woman on the phone and she was great, but the in-person experience was great for the first appointment, awful for the second and tepid for the 3rd.
After all of the tests that were done, I went in for my final assessment. My appointment was at 9am and it was 9:40 when I was shown in. She was already behind, so I felt my appointment was really rushed and got the impression she hadn't really looked at my file until she arrived in the office that morning. She told me everything looked fine overall, although there were a few issues that needed followup.
Today I got a voicemail saying that one of my tests were inconclusive and I needed to repeat the test. I cannot tell you how bothered I am about this. This was a very stressful time for me as I have been concerned about my brain health for a while. So I don't have to tell you I was relieved when she gave me the assessment she did. And now I'm told one of my tests were inconclusive - Unfortunately, this leaves me feeling that I can't trust any of her findings. I will be getting a second opinion and calling my insurance to let them know of my experience. read more
