Surgery was extremely successful and Dr Herschman's skills, bedside manner, knowledge and follow up care are top notch! In addition to the impeccable treatment provided by Dr Herschman, his Physican's Assistant, Rebecca is outstanding! She is also highly skilled and provided incredible care with follow up visits during my hospital stay and was present with him during each follow up office visit, post surgery. From the…read moremoment I walked in the door the staff was hostile and rude and ableist openly making fun of me. Dr. Mark refused to wear a mask and actually slammed the door on my walker! He also had his receptionist slam the receptionist window in my face because I asked them to wear a respirator in an ongoing airborne pandemic. The receptionists also threatened to call the police on me because I asked for a letter saying he was refusing to do the examination for disability and refusing accessible accommodations. This is the only time I have ever reported a medical healthcare worker to the Florida Dept of Health as well as the AMA. This is not a doctor that should be allowed to practice and should never be assigned to vulnerable immune compromised patients from the social security disability office. I was thankfully assigned a different doctor for my evaluation who did mask with their staff and was the exact opposite of this office. I would say run away but if you are disabled then get out of there as soon as you are physically able to do so. Never ever go here. If I could give a negative review I would of below zero I would.

Dr Zucker assured me that he has done many of these procedures and the outcome should be very successful. Put my trust in Dr. Zucker and my husband recovered in perfect shape because of Dr. Zucker. One day I get a call that there was fentynol in my urine. I don't do any drugs that are not prescribed and never have. He knew that. He could tell from my personality. Next , I broke my femur. The only thing keeping me was knowing i had this wonderful pain doc, to come home to after rehab. He gave me a day to get retested and i did. Test was negative. He wouldn't accept me back, he discharged me, for fentynol use. I wasn't sick .I am convinced that nNna changed the results of my test to get rid of me. I was always calling for him. and the staff would give me her. There is something sinister about her. I don't know why he wouldn't take me back, even though I emailed him negative results the next day. I didn't want to go back to his office for the test because i knew she could mes with it again. So I went to a quest center near my home. and e' mailed him the results asap. I am so hurt. I thought i finally had my life back. He never got back to me to explain anything. He had ordered MRIs which showed I had advanced stenosis resulting in daily pain and a poor quality of life.
