By the time I got him back into the car and went to the correct building we were exactly 12 minutes late. When I checked in I was told that we were 12 minutes late and that we would not be seen. Even though I tried to explain that maps had sent us to the wrong building (a problem they confirmed they were aware of), I tried to explain that I had taken off of work and driven from Fort Lauderdale for the appointment. They simply did not care. Had we made it on time we probably would have not been seen prior to 15 minutes. To add insult to injury our previous appointment had been cancelled due to the Dr. having a family emergency. While we completely understood that she had an emergency they did not understand that we were 12 minutes late on account of being lost. Disgraceful!

She gave me my old address and acted like I was an idiot when I said I updated all the info! "Well, we don't have that" not sorry , let me update it. She was so rude. The doctor was eating candy while doing my test. I couldn't wait to get out of there. I can only imagine how much they charged my insurance company. I work in health care. Do not use this practice. It is terrible from beginning to end.
