He kinda-sorta summed it up best, when he said, "you know where it hurts and I have the knowledge to help, so together we can make it better!" Wow, what an amazing concept!!!! Dr. Goldenberg is very down to earth and is the VERY BEST doctor that we have ever found! We are very grateful for him!

My dad is an Alzheimer's patient. I drove an hour to pick up my dad to take him to his appointment…read more The directions on maps sent us to the wrong building. By the time I got him back into the car and went to the correct building we were exactly 12 minutes late. When I checked in I was told that we were 12 minutes late and that we would not be seen. Even though I tried to explain that maps had sent us to the wrong building (a problem they confirmed they were aware of), I tried to explain that I had taken off of work and driven from Fort Lauderdale for the appointment. They simply did not care. Had we made it on time we probably would have not been seen prior to 15 minutes. To add insult to injury our previous appointment had been cancelled due to the Dr. having a family emergency. While we completely understood that she had an emergency they did not understand that we were 12 minutes late on account of being lost. Disgraceful!
