This is the worst practice!! Do not use them. Office staff is rude, incompetent, dismissive. I updated all my records (new address, phone number, etc) when I called to find out where my report was The woman I spoke to was soooooo rude!! This after me calling 4 times to actually speak to someone. Endless phone prompts in english and spanish that just go on and on. She said "we sent that". I asked where. She gave me my old address and acted like I was an idiot when I said I updated all the info! "Well, we don't have that" not sorry , let me update it. She was so rude. The doctor was eating candy while doing my test. I couldn't wait to get out of there. I can only imagine how much they charged my insurance company. I work in health care. Do not use this practice. It is terrible from beginning to end. read more
