I found the employees here to be rude, less than helpful, they flat out even lied to me! The lady I spoke with went to another room, came back and said these were not Rx able. I disagreed, even showed her the Rx on the Maui Jim site. She left again and told me they called Maui Jim and they said this Frame was not Rx able. I was tempted to still do that special, but I thought to myself "No, I'm not going to wear lime green square-framed glasses, you have to draw the line somewhere." Anyways so I splurged and went with the more expensive frames. I purchased the frames as part of their "Buy one, Get one free" offer. So after I agreed to spend way more than I came in for, the total came out to $356, which included 2 eyeglasses (as pictured), eye exam (prescription), and 2 cases for the glasses. Also just a side note, if you are someone like myself that doesn't know if you neccessarly need glasses per say, the eye exam is only free if you buy glasses. You know what it didn't include? Cleaning off the adhesive residue from the tag, or even a microfiber cloth. The staff was all extremely friendly, thank you, Alex, for helping me decide and sticking around 2 hours after closing. Would I do it again? Yes, but I would probably just ignore the BOGO offer and just buy one pair.

I was required to come in often for eye pressure checks something that takes less than 3 minutes…read morebut was consistently spending over 1.5 hours in their office. The vast majority would be in a waiting room but I've often had an exam room lights turn off for waiting so long! Usually no apology was offered on wait times either. I was explained he was the only doctor and he was getting help hiring another person to help lilighten the load though she isn't a ophthalmologist. While she was fairly kind in comparison to Dr. Grossman, wait times never changed! Once, Dr. Grossman came into my exam room complaining another patient had eaten that morning so he had to reschedule the surgery and how dare they not be cognizant of others time. I literally laughed our loud! He asked what was funny then I kindly pointed out it's funny he thinks that person should care for others time when i had been waiting about an hour and fifteen minutes at that point. This office needs better time management skills and more eye care specialists to help handle their schedule. I'm happy I've found another location that can do my pressure checks so I can finally cut ties here.
