Local builder fired Chapman (Trinity Valley HVAC Service LLC) due to all the problems after the installs. This Is not one isolated incident, more than 10 individual customers have experienced problems after new units were installed. All this has been documented by another HVAC company and will be report to the Texas State Licensing Board for review. Beware of the owner changing the name of the company in the future due to all the subpar crappy work they have done.

We scheduled a return visit and they removed both components and cleaned them thoroughly on our driveway! I called Nicks Pluming and AC initially and they came out Saturday at 2pm to look at my AC…read moreand told me that the capacitor needed to be changed that was 2k but if the unit needed to be changed that would be 6k and that there could be a leak. Pretty much a bunch of BS I called Efficient Polar Air they came out Saturday at 9PM said that the builder when the HVAC person installed the unit they didn't vacuum enough and if anything the expansion valve needed to be changed and vacuum to be done but couldn't confirm anything Nicks Pluming/AC was saying. They fixed the issue for there standard service call and if it keeps reoccuring the expansion valve and vacuum needs to be done. Do yourself a favor and if you have any AC issue call Efficient Polar Air!!! They saved me so much $$$$ by being honest and quick.

He said he was on his way home, and I was on his way, possibly having the correct parts on his truck that I needed. 15 minutes he was at our house and 35 minutes later we were back in business. He called me back around 2pm that same day and said he was on the way. When he got to the house he diagnosed the problem quickly. Unfortunately we had an old unit that you could no longer buy parts for. He quoted us the price to replace it and we decided to go ahead with the install. He ordered the unit and scheduled the install for yesterday and today. They had to remove the old inside and outside units first, then install the new ones. Some duct work needed replaced and a larger air intake needed to be installed. He let me know they would be here between 8:30 and 9am both days, and they were right on time. The crew was friendly, polite, respectful of our property and dig an excellent job. They cleaned up the work areas and left everything in wonderful shape. The bill was for exactly what we had been quoted. Mr. Gore took time in explaining everything to us, answered all of our questions and we feel very good about the whole process. We will be using them exclusively in the future. Great job!
