Whole ceiling for this room would have to be replaced. Saw this new business pop up and decided to reach out. The duo were very cordial and honest with their assessment. Their pricing is by far the best I've seen. As for the work? Superb. The finished work came out looking amazing. I will definitely be reaching out to them to do all of our other ceilings. He then proceeded to sign us up for the unit and sent me an email with the documents. I never saw the contract and all of the work was done on April 03. I did not have time to go over the documents and discover that I really did not need what he was offering. We are senior citizens on a fixed income and my electric bill has climbed steadily since his equipment was installed leaving me with an extra monthly bill exceeding the cost of my electric bill. They are a scam for seniors and would not recommend them.

One A/C company was just an annual check on my system. All was good. I am looking for quotes for installing air vents and anything that may help with my upstairs, as we keep our doors closed all the time. I was told my system would be more efficient with return vents in the room. As I had never heard this before, I was getting quotes. As I was getting quotes, I was learning more as well as finding out how much each would charge. They were all about the same. United Home Service came and like all the others wanted to look in my attic. He was up there so long I went up to see what he was doing. I told him I was not having issues just trying to improve my efficiency. Well, Ron came up with all these other problems. I asked him why all the other companies never came up with this problem. And he said the work that was done was wrong. But after all these other companies my system worked. Now it doesn't. They will not address the issue and tell me to call my home warrenty service and pay to fix what they caused.
