Dave immediately got in touch with the manufacturer and ordered the replacement part. James was quick to come to our home and look around and make drawings of our floor plan with windows and doors and all the measurements. He inspected the basement to determine duct runs and advised us on electrical wiring requirements for the system he was going to quote. His price for the amount of work we thought was reasonable so we gave him to go ahead. While he couldn't start immediately he stayed in contact to let us know how his schedule was progressing and when he would start. The system is up and running in 4 days and is doing great. James is also peculiar about cleaning up after his work. One thing that we discovered is that James is a down to earth honest guy that we trusted and did not worry at all having him in our home while we were out and about. That is important to us. Josh was very thorough in his explanation and the estimate seemed fair and reasonable. My installer was great. His name was Mark. He had a young lady helping to who unfortunately I cannot remember we moved her name. Both very professional and friendly. Mark was also a Navy veteran of many years and I'm glad to see Edministen hiring men like him who served our country so faithfully. I asked Mark a lot of questions as and he was patient and very helpful explaining things. Even had to come back out to fix one small problem a couple days later and said he'd arrive at 2:00. Guess what, at 2:00, he pulled in the driveway. The install took all day and they worked to complete the work and were done by 5:00 or so. So far so good on the unit. Very pleased with the work that was done! Great people to work with and very good communication which is rare at times anymore.
