James was quick to come to our home and look around and make drawings of our floor plan with windows and doors and all the measurements. He inspected the basement to determine duct runs and advised us on electrical wiring requirements for the system he was going to quote. While he couldn't start immediately he stayed in contact to let us know how his schedule was progressing and when he would start. The system is up and running in 4 days and is doing great.
