We all stay pretty active but as we age it's become more difficult. He's smart and creative, using new techniques to help his patients. I came in complaining of hip pain, he figured out my lower back is causing the issue. Ladies as we age the pelvic floor becomes weak or the abs become distended, especially if you've had kids or hernias or abdominal surgeries. The body is really all a connected unit so if pain is felt in one location the cause could be coming from somewhere else. Dr Joe will figure it out! He recommends exercises for strengthening and stretches for in between appts. After a massage and adjustment I'm good as new.
