Dr Whitney's wife takes care of their billing and is incredibly rude. She contacted me over and over again to reach another patient (whos information and how much they owed were told to me without the patients permission) and when I informed her I was not in contact with that person she told me she feels sorry for me and I must have a very miserable life. I was with my sister when I received this call and we both sat there in shock and Mrs. Whitney hung up on me. It is is a shame that she is what is representing that company. Dr Whitney and the other chiropractor at that location were both very nice and very good however because of my experience with his wife in "billing" I never wish to do business here again. Update: I attempted to contact DR Whitney about my experience with his wife and he will not acknowledge my emails. I guess that say a lot more about this company than I had thought at first. Dr. Whitney and Dr. Chris are excellent. My first visit, they were very direct and explained everything. I had a very bad injury from dance, and I'd been in chronic pain for almost 2 years, bouncing from chiropractor to chiropractor looking for relief. Today, I am pain free and dancing full force! Both doctors are a joy to be adjusted by, as they know what they are doing and have wonderful personalities. The massage therapist Freida is amazing as well! My only complaint is sometimes they get behind and you end up waiting a few extra minutes... it happens occasionally, but it's well worth the wait. I had been going to another Chiropractor for over a year to treat my migraines with very minimal success. He has been incredible at treating me for chronic back & neck pain where after a series of treatments I'm doing so well that I don't even need to visit him again for quite some time. He also just recently went beyond the call of duty squeezing me into an already busy schedule at the last minute due to my travels the next day. Dr. Whitney is an exceptional health and wellness professional. My family has been treated by Dr. Whitney since 2010. He is excellent at diagnosing and treating back, shoulder and knee problems. I'm sure there are others but this is what I have personally experienced. He is thoughtful and he listens. He will explain, in detail, what is occurring with your body and recommend practical methods for correcting the problem. And if he can't solve your problem he'll recommend someone who can. He's AMAZING...Had been having headaches every day for a couple months and my massage therapist said I needed to see a chiropractor. A friend recommended Dr. Whitney and after 2 visits my headaches were gone. He gones out of his way to try and find the reason for your pain and then helps you with excercises/other things to keep the pain from coming back. I totally trust him. I am sad that I moved away but get adjustments when I come back in town. read more

The staff were very friendly when I was attending for about two months, which is the only positive and they also have a great facility. I have been to two other chiropractors and Dr. Whitney is the less knowledgable of the bunch. I never got better, but at least on the bright I didn't get worse. The worst though is when Dr. Whitney and his staff told me my insurance should cover it and I don't need to pay anything. After I stopped treatment, they sent me a bill three months later informing them I owe them over $500.00 which they failed to inform me when they knew during the first month there. My advice is to ensure to emphasis the staff in any medical facility to let you know when they are going to be charging you when they max is met with your medical insurance. Again, the staff were very friendly, I just feel it is their responsbility of informing their clients of incurring fees that are not covered by the insurance and it is the patient's responsibility. If they would have informed me in a timely manner, I wouldn't kept on going since It was very expensivet. read more
