Months later, I was sent a…read morebill for several hundred dollars in alleged charges claiming my insurance was suddenly "not accepted." Nearly a year later, the office attempted to charge my debit card without warning or authorization from me. The billing practices and lack of transparency felt extremely misleading. I would strongly recommend verifying everything directly with your insurance and being very cautious before providing card information here. I am currently attempting to resolve this directly and would be happy to update this review if the matter is handled appropriately and transparently. update: Dr Whitney has reached out to make things right, which I very much appreciate. He is a great doctor and don't believe he takes care of any of the billing. I would stand by the fact that you definitely should double and triple check with your insurance before doing any x-rays or treatments though, as he is ultimately not the one that habdles billing for those. Too hard of a world right now to get slapped with $500 you weren't expecting!

Let me start off by saying this.. When a person drives all the way from Downtown Chicago ( Navy…read morePier area) to come all the way to Naperville to see a chiropractor once or twice a week, that must mean HE IS GOOD !!! I've been to different chiropractors in the past but none seemed to really care for my actual health and area of concern. I found Dr. Superczynski on a Living Social deal. He had a chiropractic evaluation ( which is a great, i'll mention something about this later), one hour massage ( which was done by one of his partners Mike who is certified for at least 10 different massages, ranging from Swedish to Deep Tissue to Relaxation, etc.) The doctor sat down with me one on one, showed me my areas of concern and what they will be doing in the next few weeks to improve my spine. I constantly have upper back and neck problems, which is why i decided to find a chiropractor. Dr.Superczynski's evaluation consisted of two tools which none of my previous chiropractors used, and it scanned my body along the spine and neck area which then showed on a computer which area's need work. After a few visits, the bad areas have improved and i feel much better than ever. Mike, who is one of Dr.Superczynski's partners does amazing work and i have seen him multiple times now and immediately after a massage i feel more blood flow, i feel relaxed, and i feel like my muscles are moving more freely. I highly recommend Mike. He is professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. His prices are also cheaper than competition. Mike also teaches massage therapy to students. You can schedule an appointment with Mike even if you do not need a chiropractor visit, but i suggest seeing both as they work great together and WILL help you solve your issue. In summary, i find this chiropractor very good at what he does and highly recommend him.

The adjustments also helped with other long-term neck and headache issues. Dr. Steve is personable and the office is kid-friendly. My only real complaint came later when dealing with billing issues. He is often short staffed without a front office assistant. As a result, claims were not submitted timely on his end and then he charged me late fees. I received my first bill 3 months after my first visit. Honestly, it left a bad taste in my mouth...but, now I am desperate for an adjustment and don't know of another local office that specializes in prenatal chiropractic care for future needs.

From the very start, right when I called to book my first appointment, I was treated like an old friend, and the Office Manager, Jill, showed genuine concern for my concerns & symptoms. When I got in and was able to see Dr. Sterchi (the very next day!), he was also very focused on what was bothering me. At the same time, he actually explained everything to me, instead of using dumbed down terms and descriptions. That's always been something I truly appreciate. I left my first visit with a clear outlook of what our plan of attack would be. When I returned today, it only got better. I had NO IDEA I was supposed to feel this way! It's fantastic. Again, Dr. Sterchi was great and so is his staff. I'm looking forward to my next appointment on Monday. Sterchi Chiropractic was a recommendation from a friend, and now I see why! My only regret is that I put off calling for so long!

So, if you're in the research-phase: done! No need to research any further. Call Revive/Dr Jason. Now. ... you're welcome! ;) More info: I have gone my whole life without seeing a chiropractor/wellness professional and was skeptical of the whole industry, working in healthcare myself. Funny, but I'm grateful for the fender-bender that eventually landed me at Dr. Jason LaMarche's practice. The physician I worked for at DuPage Medical Group referred me to Dr. Jason - and for good reason: he's forward-thinking but very experienced and well-researched. His approach is holistic and he educates his patients on all aspects of wellness - things you can do at home, new innovations, and anything else you could imagine. No longer a skeptic, I realize now how important it is to invest in body mechanics and wellness, Thanks to the work Dr Jason has done for me. Dr Jason has made such a huge difference in my life over the last couple years - and from all the clients coming and going, many others' lives as well. Thank you Dr Jason for everything you do for your patients' wellness, spirit, and health- self included.

I found Natural Health Chiropractic from a Groupon deal for an hour massage and pain consultation…read more Since I'm a runner and active triathlete that constantly fights pain to perform, I figured I'd give them a try. After 2 appointments and some custom orthotics, I can happily recommend Dr. Clemens to the Yelp community! She has a total person approach to her practice, taking the time to even do X-rays when necessary. Being a tech guy I love the high tech approach (foot scans? yes, please!) to care. I am always happy when I go to the doctor and they actually honor my appointment. Yes, I know you are a doctor and you're super-duper important, but so is my time. Dr. Clemens says 10:00, she will be ready for you at 10:00. All 3 times I went to the office I got right in. This is a huge deal to me. Being a part-time athlete and full time Dad and working stiff, my time is limited. Punctual appointments are always appreciated. I think the single best thing about Dr. Clemens is that she took a full appointment (30 minutes) just to watch my movements and take measurements for what my orthotics might need. I don't want to go into all the gory details of my skeletal issues, but suffice to say in 30 minutes with the Doctor I knew more about the curvature of my spine, my hip alignment, and my running gait than I picked up over the previous year. There's really nothing like having a Chiropractor and former athlete do a skeletal analysis... it's pretty eye opening. I initially went in just wanting to improve performance, in the process I found some things that I need to fix. With the help of some X-ray analysis I'm adjusting my training and treatments accordingly. Overall, Dr. Clemens is outstanding. I wish she were in my insurance provider network for long term care, but I can't afford to go outside network. I would definitely see her for orthotics again since they're not covered by my insurance anyway. If you need a great Chiropractor, I'm please to recommend Natural Health Chiropractic.
