Nearly a year later, the office attempted to charge my debit card without warning or authorization from me. The billing practices and lack of transparency felt extremely misleading. I would strongly recommend verifying everything directly with your insurance and being very cautious before providing card information here. I am currently attempting to resolve this directly and would be happy to update this review if the matter is handled appropriately and transparently. update: Dr Whitney has reached out to make things right, which I very much appreciate. He is a great doctor and don't believe he takes care of any of the billing. I would stand by the fact that you definitely should double and triple check with your insurance before doing any x-rays or treatments though, as he is ultimately not the one that habdles billing for those. Too hard of a world right now to get slapped with $500 you weren't expecting!

Let me start off by saying this.. When a person drives all the way from Downtown Chicago ( Navy…read morePier area) to come all the way to Naperville to see a chiropractor once or twice a week, that must mean HE IS GOOD !!! I've been to different chiropractors in the past but none seemed to really care for my actual health and area of concern. I found Dr. Superczynski on a Living Social deal. He had a chiropractic evaluation ( which is a great, i'll mention something about this later), one hour massage ( which was done by one of his partners Mike who is certified for at least 10 different massages, ranging from Swedish to Deep Tissue to Relaxation, etc.) The doctor sat down with me one on one, showed me my areas of concern and what they will be doing in the next few weeks to improve my spine. I constantly have upper back and neck problems, which is why i decided to find a chiropractor. Dr.Superczynski's evaluation consisted of two tools which none of my previous chiropractors used, and it scanned my body along the spine and neck area which then showed on a computer which area's need work. After a few visits, the bad areas have improved and i feel much better than ever. Mike, who is one of Dr.Superczynski's partners does amazing work and i have seen him multiple times now and immediately after a massage i feel more blood flow, i feel relaxed, and i feel like my muscles are moving more freely. I highly recommend Mike. He is professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. His prices are also cheaper than competition. Mike also teaches massage therapy to students. You can schedule an appointment with Mike even if you do not need a chiropractor visit, but i suggest seeing both as they work great together and WILL help you solve your issue. In summary, i find this chiropractor very good at what he does and highly recommend him.

This office was my first chiropractic experience and they made me a believer. I went to Dr. Steve…read moreby referral due to debilitating sciatic pain during my pregnancy. He fixed me up in a flash! The adjustments also helped with other long-term neck and headache issues. Dr. Steve is personable and the office is kid-friendly. My only real complaint came later when dealing with billing issues. He is often short staffed without a front office assistant. As a result, claims were not submitted timely on his end and then he charged me late fees. I received my first bill 3 months after my first visit. Honestly, it left a bad taste in my mouth...but, now I am desperate for an adjustment and don't know of another local office that specializes in prenatal chiropractic care for future needs.

*** Massage Review ***…read more I was in desperate need of a deep tissue massage and Jolanta found tension in areas of my body that I didn't know existed. She is very skilled and I highly recommend her if you're looking for someone who provides firm pressure. I got a 90 minute massage and loved it. Tip - if you're a first time client they do offer promos. There was spa like music playing throughout my massage which helped keep me relaxed the entire time. The 1 con I have is that I was able to hear others conversations from different rooms, the walls are pretty thin. If you're looking for a place where it's quiet the entire time, this might not be for you. However, Jolanta was great. I was relaxed the entire day and slept soundly thanks to her.

I found Natural Health Chiropractic from a Groupon deal for an hour massage and pain consultation…read more Since I'm a runner and active triathlete that constantly fights pain to perform, I figured I'd give them a try. After 2 appointments and some custom orthotics, I can happily recommend Dr. Clemens to the Yelp community! She has a total person approach to her practice, taking the time to even do X-rays when necessary. Being a tech guy I love the high tech approach (foot scans? yes, please!) to care. I am always happy when I go to the doctor and they actually honor my appointment. Yes, I know you are a doctor and you're super-duper important, but so is my time. Dr. Clemens says 10:00, she will be ready for you at 10:00. All 3 times I went to the office I got right in. This is a huge deal to me. Being a part-time athlete and full time Dad and working stiff, my time is limited. Punctual appointments are always appreciated. I think the single best thing about Dr. Clemens is that she took a full appointment (30 minutes) just to watch my movements and take measurements for what my orthotics might need. I don't want to go into all the gory details of my skeletal issues, but suffice to say in 30 minutes with the Doctor I knew more about the curvature of my spine, my hip alignment, and my running gait than I picked up over the previous year. There's really nothing like having a Chiropractor and former athlete do a skeletal analysis... it's pretty eye opening. I initially went in just wanting to improve performance, in the process I found some things that I need to fix. With the help of some X-ray analysis I'm adjusting my training and treatments accordingly. Overall, Dr. Clemens is outstanding. I wish she were in my insurance provider network for long term care, but I can't afford to go outside network. I would definitely see her for orthotics again since they're not covered by my insurance anyway. If you need a great Chiropractor, I'm please to recommend Natural Health Chiropractic.

Example 1: Pushing a 12 course chiropractic treatment on a young adult with no history of back problems and no current complaints of pain. What does she get out of it? A recurring source of income from trusting patients who don't know any better. Example 2: She pushes incredibly expensive and high doses of vitamin D for those with no risk factors and no symptoms. Why would she do this? Again, money. She was pushing her own personal brand of vitamin D that exceeds 100,000 IU. She wanted me to take 200,000 IU a day, just to up my serum levels. This is pointless as the body can only absorb a limited amount a day, and you only need a regular maintenance dose of 800 IUD per day. When I asked her why anyone would need 200x the regular dosage, she said the latest research shows that the body needs many times the regular dose. When I questioned that by researching the original source. I found that it was published by the vitaminD council, and Mercola. Both of these sources are proponents of controversial alternative medicine, aka quacks who have no business being doctors. All they want is money, and that's all Dr. Arina Chapman wants from you. Find someone else that is cheaper, and who is not a quack who pushes snake oil.
