It was so awful that I was actually thinking surgery. I kept hoping it would get better on its own (you know you do the same thing, come on!) It didn't. Duh. I went to Synergy Institute where the massage therapist - in 20 minutes, mind you - worked the adhesions in my forearm muscles to where the next morning I was at least 75% better!! I can't believe it. Dr Jennifer Wise also prescribed "K-Laser" treatment which I responded very well to with one visit. I am SO THANKFUL that this place, with their team of knowledgeable staff, could help me. I am GRATEFUL!! I've been here before, for many other treatments including the IDD (decompression table for back pain) which cured me of my sciatica years ago and one of those, "I must have slept on my neck wrong" moments where it hurts to turn your head (you know that feeling). So when I had this issue with my elbow, it was a no-brainer to return to Synergy. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Just GO (& don't wait like I did) You'll be grateful too.

She was not a preferred provider within my medical network (sad), so she worked with me to keep costs as low as possible. She was always upfront and consistent with rates, which was much appreciated after getting a runaround from some other area providers. Dr. Melissa did the technique and other adjustments, and also included chiropractic massage, acupuncture, and physical therapy at no extra charge. I got the impression that she cared about my pregnancy just as much as I did. She gave me a sounding board for other pregnancy related issues while we worked on my breech presentation, and in just a few weeks, I considered her a friend. In the end, my girl was just too stubborn to turn (something Dr. Melissa said she had only encountered once before), but I was able to return to my OB with more confidence after working with Dr. Melissa and as a bonus, my back hurt less! If I got pregnant tomorrow, breech or not, I'd seek out Dr. Melissa again straightaway. She helped not just my body but also gave me such piece of mind and comfort at a time when I was stressed, exhausted, and scared. I would give her 6 stars if I could.
