I have had nothing but problems with this company. I was recommended here by a friend of the owner…read moreand regret taking my vehicle here. It was dropped off at the end of May on a Tuesday and I was told it would be ready by Thursday or Friday morning. They had it for 9 days and I had to bring it back 2 weeks later to have a part replaced on the transmission!! This is AFTER I was told they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it and to just come and pick it up and drive it and see if the problem gets worse and then bring it back. They replaced the part and then I had to bring it back in a 3rd time only 1 week later because it overheated and it would not come out of gear. They told me they would order some parts, and I could bring it back next week. When I tried to leave, I could not get it out of reverse. I have driven it a few weeks now and it seemed okay until it began to shift hard and gave me multiple transmission codes. I had full intention on bringing it in this Monday for a 4th time and upon attempting to park it in my driveway the shifter cable broke. My husband fixed it, and it will still not engage into gear so it will now have to be towed. I do not know if the parts are refurbished, if there is a communication barrier or if they are putting band aids on bigger problems, but the service here has been something I have never experienced in my life. There is no amount of discounts or credits or warranties that will make up for the amount of time and money lost by not having this vehicle working properly after working on it 3 different times over the course of 3 months. I would NOT recommend bringing your vehicle here. It has been nothing but a headache.

The customer service is always amazing, the prices are excellent legitimately some of the best prices I've ever gotten, and the best part is that they're so professional throughout the entire service. My only complain is that they're not open on weekends so a lot of the times I have to change my work schedule around the store hours but that's such a small downside for me. Back in 2022 I had a problem with my Saturn Ion that nobody could fix. No shop could find the part that was needed because Saturn went out of business so long ago. I went to well over 8 different shops to get the issue resolved. Garage 31 was the only shop that fixed the issue even though they had to jump through so many hoops to resolve the issue. I am so impressed buy the way this was handled! They have regained my trust!!! The This company has the worst customer service ever! They have missed every deadline they said our car would be done by. They never called to update you. You have to call them all the time. Yesterday my husband called and they said the car wasn't going to be ready again. I called back and explained how important it was that we had it for this weekend, and they promised to stay late and get it done, that did not happen. When I called today, very upset about the car, not being done, instead of apologizing, the employee called me "sweetie"in a patronizing tone ("Look here sweetie") He then swore at me, and when I said that since the car would not be done when promised (again), I would be removing the cost of the rental that I was going to need to get for Saturday from my total bill, He threatened to make me pay cash for the whole thing and said he would not give me my car back if we don't pay in full. There is no customer service here. He swore at me. Do not take your car here!
