Their…read moreinsight and honesty has made my desire to get into my new found hobby of aquariums a smooth easy process. They have not only been helpful in setting up and servicing my two freshwater fish tanks in my classroom (50 gallon and 75 gallon) but also in setting up and servicing my new salt water coral aquarium (180 gallon) at home. They have always been fair and responsible with their prices and have never tried to up sell me products that I don't need. I trust them completely and would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone looking to get into aquariums as a hobby.

The owner behaves unethically in my experience. Their billing processes are disorganized. I…read morewouldn't recommend leaving your credit card on file with this business. I recently got a bill that was supposedly for service over 2 years prior (it's extremely hard to tell if an invoice is legitimate when you're billed 2 years after the service date(s) and their process was never systematic). Instead of the owner taking responsibility for a "software error" and owning the fact that invoicing someone 2 years after service date(s) is terrible business practice, he instead threatened to sue me, said such lawsuit "won't be good for my credit score" AND threatened my personal reputation as a local business owner (for "not paying my bills" I guess when I questioned the bill/timing?) I have a credit score of 820 as I always pay my bills immediately. As a trusted local business owner myself, I would never even CONSIDER charging someone 2 years later for my own company's error. Not only would I take personal responsibility, but I'd never put my clients through having to dig through years of records to try and figure out if charges are legitimate from two years prior.

This is a great maritime center and aquarium!…read more They have a seal show centered in the seals' health care and our show had the veterinarians there doing examinations and applying eye drops. Everyone was told the animals histories and why they were still there. One of the seals is blind and they explained how it is able to still negotiate their living space. The hands touch areas are well monitored with staff and again explanations of the different species was provided! Hand wash and dry stations were all around prior to and after touching animals. The exhibits were thoughtfully planned out and large enough for multiple person viewing. I would have like more sitting areas in some of the halls for us older folks watching independent children who wanted to hang out watching the meerkats or owls or birds. The fish tank area with the sea turtles was magnificent! The jelly fish exhibit so relaxing and zen with the background music. The new puffin exhibit is a combination of live puffins and then video presentations of their living areas in Maine! For me 2 year old granddaughter to be attentive for 4 hours was spectacular- thank you!

My son and I met twice a dog who we loved and then got denied. Come to find out, another family who lives locally adopted that same dog, and guess what?
