Do NOT bring your pet to this place! would give zero stars if possible. Brought my dog here…read moretoday-after 4 hours the groomer calls me to tell me she won't be able to finish the grooming because her shift was over soon. I go pick up my pup and walk in to her in the corner facing the wall while the groomer was on the phone on a personal call only to hang up and tell me my dog pooped all over the table so she wasn't able to finish. She then proceeded to to hand me my dog covered in feces that she didn't bother wiping. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE-not to mention my dog has nicks on her face and ears where the groomer was obviously careless. Will be calling the manager Monday morning. This awful experience was topped off with a $150 grooming bill. I will never frequent this place again and hope others will think twice before bringing their beloved pets to this awful place.

Never had a bad experience with a cashier or another person at this place unless it was a man. Yes…read moresometimes I leave the house without my husband at one time we were volunteering for cat rescue. A millionaire that couldn't even take sick kittens to the vet. A millionaire who inherited every dime she ever had and told us the best adoptions are the ones that never come back! we offered to take FOSTER a nursing mother with something like six kittens. These six kittens were almost killing the mother because the mother had no strength left in her, and she probably had many litters before this one on top of the other. We had to buy nutritional food for the mother and bottle feed the kittens We would've kept them all, but that would've meant 11 cats and that's just too many cats for people like us because we take our animals to the vet on a regular basis. We always get them spayed and neutered. We treat our animals better than many children get treated around this world We were also taking care of an abandoned Easter rabbit at the time. We didn't know anything about rabbits and it was a steep learning curve. (you can buy them for $10 in a pet store and if you do, I'm sure if you believe in hell you'll go straight to it.) If you have a female rabbit, that female rabbit has a gigantic chance, and I can't remember the percentage of getting uterine cancer and dying before the age of five. Rabbits are extremely intelligent, but they are PREY animals. This explains much about them and they're extremely sensitive. They could be very smart. It depends on the rabbit if you decide to buy a rabbit from a pet store and I strongly urge you never to buy any animal from a pet store, and you only spend five dollars or $10 on it and then you're stunned when you learned that the proper care of them Cost a lot more than you didn't do your research and you didn't do your due diligence. PETSMART had some people that knew more than the horrible vet I had at the time 30 years ago. What a jerk he was. We did something so stupid. We never get over it. We didn't leave the air-conditioning on when we left the house and it was really hot. THE HOUSE, RABBIT SOCIETY, they filled with no at all, and looked down their noses at people who know less, was absolutely correct in that extreme heat could kill a rabbit. Somehow, we were delayed on this stupid shopping trip when we got home, our rabbit was passed out. We took it to this vet and the final blow was when he forced her to open her mouth after we told them exactly what happened. She died instantly and then he wanted five or $600 to have her cremated. in my mind. I strangled him to death. My husband can't remember his name either and we're trying not to remember his name but I'm trying to tell everyone that PETSMART new more about rabbits than this crummy vet in Croton On Hudson. We now have the best vet in the world Cynthia Eldredge and no sorry she's not taking new patients Every time we see her, she reaffirms that people tell her they wish she was a doctor and not just a veterinarian. She loves animals and she tolerates many people. She never cheat you. She never ripped you off and always tries to tell you the truth even though you don't wanna hear it we've given her five stars many times on this site. So thank you to PETSMART for being smarter than this crappy vet we had who might not have killed the poor little abandoned rabbit if he had cooled her down slowly. Her body was overheating end of story that's what was happening. I remember my dad was with me and even he who had a hard time believing anything I ever said in my life could not believe that jerk. We ended up pairing our little bunny by ourselves. We recently tried to sign up for auto pay and delivery with PETSMART. I got someone from another country who I could barely understand and I had to repeat myself over and over and over again it took 40 minutes was the order right? No it was not. Then I called Corporate and they Did something OK which I can't even remember. The problems are coming fast and thick. Instead of auto pay, and auto delivery, if you want the right items you have to do same day delivery apparently. At least they are no longer sponsoring the North Shore animal league. Those poor animals North Shore is a scam and I used to give them money every month for I'm sure dead dogs. They also don't spay and neuter their animals before they put them up for adoption, therefore all the local Rescues have to then deal with the consequences if you speak to anybody that's in cat or dog rescue in Westchester County they will tell you exactly what I'm telling you. Fortunately, they must've gone on charity navigator, and seeing what a rip off this place was and how they don't really care about the animals at all.

Unfortunately today many socially uneducated people feel entitled when actually they weren't. So Jeffrey P & Gabby G & Vivian d . Maybe approaching a situation differently will bring you better results. Thanks again everyone at Pet Supplies Plus for bringing to this county a national company with a Mom & Pop Mentality!!! if 10 ************* were available you would receive them.

I called the store and was told to speak to the manager who was in the next day. I went to the store the with the food in hopes to speak to the owner Maddy. she was extremely rude. she Told me there was nothing that she can do and she would not take the food back because it wasn't in the original packaging. This is poor customer Service. I would not support her business or purchase food as it might be molded with bugs and make your animals ill.

Between 9:26am and 9:30am, I received 6 missed calls. At the time of the missed calls, I was on a conference call on another phone. At 9:30am, there is a pounding at my door. POUNDING! The pounding on the door startled me, alarmed my wife and 8 year old son and put my dogs in a frenzy. He could've whispered through the door and I would've heard him. I was sitting 2 feet away from the door. When I open the door, there is a man with his mask on his neck screaming at me at the top of his lungs , "I have a delivery for you! I've been calling you!!!" I am standing at my door in amazement in only my underwear. "Kevin" the delivery man, continues to scream at me. He says I have to come to his unmarked, no labeled dark blue van, in my underwear mind you, to get my package. I get packages delivered every day. Never have I been invited to someone's van to retrieve my package. We are in a screaming match now. I keep asking him why can't he just leave the package next to my door? He says "I don't do that." He literally came to my door and pounded on it. Why wouldn't he bring the 1 box delivery with him? I sit on 4 boards, 7 committees, oversee operations with staff totaling more than 40,000 people. I understand that we are in different times with this global pandemic. But to be screamed at like this is absolutely inappropriate, unacceptable and in every way, shape and form uncalled for. At this time, my door has been pounded on, my family has been scared, Kevin has threatened to leave numerous times and then he jumps out of his van coming at me aggressively, no package in hand, as if he is going to attack me. He quickly paused when he saw my 2 Pit Bulls that he forgot he riled up earlier. A neighbor must have called the police. Now two Police Officers arrive. Kevin is somehow immediately calm, cool and collected. A completely different man. He grabs the box of live rats from his van and hands them to me without a peep. All of this commotion for what? He HANDED me the box. Why could this just not been done in the first place? All I asked was for him to leave it next to my door. As Kevin drives off, he yells to me that he will never come back. As outraged as I am, I reached out to Komodo Reptiles to set up a call to discuss this calmly. "Horrible experience with your delivery man. I would like to discuss this afternoon. When the police arrived, he completely changed his demeanor. I am booked all morning. I would like to speak with someone this afternoon. Who can I speak with and what number should I call?" I received a pretty prompt response. "Hi Bryan, I apologize for the incident this morning. Unfortunately Kevin is the only driver that delivers to your area so I think it is best if we part ways. Sorry for any inconvenience." I replied, "No problem. I will be filing complaints and sharing my experiences on social media. Kevin is a thug. He shouldn't be making deliveries for anyone. Since you did not want to hear how your delivery man pounded on my door, yelled at me, and came at me aggressively as to fight, I will ensure others are aware of what to expect. The fact that his actions made the police come to calm him down should alarm you. Yet, you rather part ways with a customer willing to speak with you first. Not the best business sense. Have a great day." Apology not accepted. My breeder is only 1 hour north of NYC. You get to select the exact sizes of your asf's and request them from the same bins if you need to house them. And they are $1 less per, no minimum order. Might just be that time for another breeder to provide delivery service to NYC.

Pretzel is always remembered and greeted by name when we walk in at each visit. He loves all the attention lol. The groomers are FANTASTIC!!!! Diana and Jules are incredible, patient, and gentle. They put up with Pretzels very dramatic loud whines, moans and groans. He hates getting his nails cut. For reference, when our vet cut his nails, it took two assistants to hold him still. a muzzle (which pretzel has no aggression but i guess it's standard for our practice but he also whines like a husky lol) and lots of peanut butter for a minimal trim. Both Diana and Jules have provided the best trims and files in 15mins without ever nipping the kwick, no muzzle, no peanut butter, one human job. They are the best. We've been monthly regulars for about 1.5 years now. Owner Karin is kind, passionate about animals and knowledgeable! When Pretzel had a medical accident this past November she was able to give us all the information we needed on orthopedic dog beds that kept him comfortable through his recovery and even since making a full recovery he still lays on it daily! I also love that they raise money and can food collections for a local shelters and rescues as Pretzel came to me via Trina K9 in Westchester County. A community staple for rockland.
