I tend to create a lot of graphics for Yelp events when we host them, and whenever I need stuff printed, this is the shop I turn to. Their turnaround is pretty decent; usually I'm only printing a handful of 8x5x11 sheets, so it's not usually a large load, but they're always pretty quick to get my materials printed even when it's a last minute job. FedEx makes it so easy that you can go online and upload your images there, then send them to a particular shop for the printing. They give you the option to have reps call you when the order is done, or call if there are any issues (which there really aren't). This shop also has the benefit of being the closest one to my house (only about 10 minutes away at the most). So naturally, I come here a lot. The employees are always friendly. They make getting printing jobs done the easiest part of my job!

He was the only worker, but he offered some of the best customer service I've had at any of their locations. He genuinely seemed to enjoy everything related to paper and printing (I came for photocopies -- nothing to ship). He offered to help and make my life easier, and made small talk. He def. enjoys interacting with the customers and it left a lasting impression on me.

My experience keeps getting worse. My mattress delivery from Costco was scheduled for 6/8/26. I…read morereceived a call saying it would be delayed a week because they only come to Warren PA on Monday's and their truck was full. I received 6 different text messages beginning Sunday night stating what time the order would arrive. All the texts after the first gave me a new delivery window with the last being delivery between 10:49 pm and 12:19 am! Of course I ending up taking the day off work for nothing. Throughout the day when I called and got routed to the Phillipines the woman on the phone told me she had good news my delivery was next. After calling RXO and Costco on Tuesday I received a text and an email saying my order would be delivered today 6/17/26. That appeared to be a false hope as I received a text and email saying my delivery day is now 6/18/26. We will see what tomorrow brings.

We had tracking numbers for two packages. But the desk insisted there was only one. After explaining several times we had two tracking numbers, leaving when they continued to claim it was one package, opening the package in the car to confirm half the order was missing and there was another package, and going back in, they finally looked, and there was indeed a second package that really wasn't all that hard to find. The parking and the hours here are good. But whether or not you will actually get all of your packages is a roll of the dice.

Shipping HQ was able to resolve the issue over the phone, and our very important box of valuable materials finally reached its proper destination. They'll advise you on the best carrier and price, and if you don't have the appropriate packing materials available, they can do that for you too. Once your personal information is in their system, one click gets your package on its way. Access to their parking lot is one of the most annoying in WNY, but it's worth it.
