they are number one I had a lot of corrupted files a loose plug on laptop and laptop was running…read morevery slow. I could have gone and bought a new laptop instead But NETTNETTS PC did the diagnostics and called me back right away and told me what was wrong. The corrupted files had been affected by a virus and the computer running slow was from mal-ware, also the loose dc jack needed to be replaced and re-soldered. I thought this was going to be very expensive. They did a free diagnostic charge and told me they could take out the old dc jack and solder a new dc jack in. Also they would fix the corrupted files.
