I went on Groupon to search for a Chiropractor in the area we were in. She took us the next day. The office is very clean & huge. She sat down to get to know him and his issues. She knows her stuff! Oh by the way did I mention she is a black owned business???? Yassss! My boyfriend felt instant relief. Today 10/30 he had his second visit. She taught me how to help him stretch at home. She gave us a hands on lesson. I decided to get an adjustment today and oh my goodness. My body needed that!

I had been experiencing lower back pain for quite some time - so much so that it actually began feeling normal. Dr. Stoney was able to take me the following day and I am so glad that she did because I needed pain relief immediately. I was unable to stand up straight and often times experienced excruciating pain. Two days later, I feel so much better! Dr. Stoney fixed my lower back and I am so grateful. I bought three sessions, but I was delightfully informed that she takes my insurance as well. I can't wait to go back for my next adjustment! I definitely recommend her services to anyone who may be contemplating seeing a chiropractor and seeking back pain relief.

Julie the chiro is so nice, upbeat and friendly! It made me feel at ease. It's been years since I've had an adjustment. The office is an open concept where the adjustment table is out in the open which I think is cool. It's more of an in and out service which is a great concept. It takes out the "doctor office" feeling. She was able to get all my cracks cracked, lol. I feel so amazing now. I don't live in the area but I think I'm going to make sure I come back because she was this great and the best part is its only $25! Thank Julie and I will be back!!

I've never seen an Accupuncturist before, but have tried massage therapy and a chiropractor (all of which Kerri) can do. My first session alone has made me a believer. I honestly want to kick myself for waiting so long. If you are trying to figure out between which technique to try, go to her first. I honestly can't believe how fantastic my back feels after one session. I'm terrified of needles, but I wanted to try since my husband purchased a session with her after speaking with her for three hours! If that's not dedication and pure passion a lot what you do, then I don't know what is! So after saying al of that, and being nervous as hell, I didn't even know she used needles in our session. Everything f felt like your body was being washed over like a gentle wave in the beautiful sunlight. Truly blissful- who would have thought?! Plus, I can't end this post without saying how beautiful, gentle, and warm her spirit is. Kerri is truly an experience. Run, don't walk!

The vibe you're going to experience is welcoming, friendly, caring, and genuine. After signing up, you will receive x rays to get a starting point of where you're at and areas of concern so she can construct a plan that fits your needs. Usually you go more often in the beginning and then over time it will be maintenance. You'll get a folder with all your information and your posture photo. At the time I went, they had two adjustment tables separated by a divider, a waiting area to do pre adjustment exercises, and then a "relax" room (not the official name for it) after the adjustment. The exercises are good and you feel good doing them. There's a chair to rotate your hips, a traction device, and a vibrating platform. When using the chair, you can definitely feel how good it is to do this move. The traction device is my favorite. I hold all my stress in my shoulders, upper back and neck. That traction device gets the neck tension and feels amazing. I was never instructed to use the vibration platform so it may be that it's only for certain issues. Once you're done doing all those things, they're usually ready for you. Sometimes there may be a wait if others are chatty, so I don't recommend ever going in a rush. The Doc will do certain adjustments but if you have some preferences, just ask and she'll do them. She'll also ask if you have any new issues or something she should focus on. After that she'll use the percussion gun which is also very enjoyable. Last but not least, the lacrosse ball which she'll give at some point in the beginning along with exercises. Do them and use the ball just like she says. Holy moly! The ball....!!! If you have a tense back from stress, that thing will literally melt knots out. I also have a few other gifts she was kind enough to offer me to help with my needs. She really went out of her way to not be a place where you're just a number and I really experienced what a nice person she is. Thanks for everything Lisa and all the kindness you showed during such a difficult time.
