The onsite employee who was supposed to meet to complete paperwork and provide access to new unit did not show. There were no other employees in the office! The movers arrived, loaded up contents and had to wait about an hour to access the new unit and then go back haul away the excess items. This added to my costs! Multiple customers gathered outside the closed office due to access problems in other buildings. No one knew how to contact the company for help. People called around to other offices for help. Apparently there are no online instructions and no alternative numbers for customer onsite issues when the office is not staffed during regular business hours. Eventually an employee from a different office arrived. Javon is to be commended for keeping her calm while she dealt with multiple dissatisfied customers! However, this company should have a communication plan that is obvious and accessible to customers for a very foreseeable event.

STAY AWAY!!! There are far better options for keeping yourself and your belongings "safe." This…read morefacility has serious cleanliness issues--I once found a dead mouse in front of my unit. When I reported it to the office, they assured me it would be taken care of. Two weeks later, it was still there. Security is also a major concern. I have visited multiple times, both during and after office hours, and found the side door unlocked. Homeless individuals frequently enter and exit the building without restriction. My unit was broken into, and I wasn't notified until two days later. The reason? Staff claimed they only noticed during their rounds after the weekend--meaning they had no idea when it actually happened. Their response? "I think you should file a police report and contact your insurance company." You think? Frustrated, I canceled my unit and moved my belongings out well before the next billing cycle. I was repeatedly told I would receive a confirmation of cancellation--yet it never happened. Avoid this place at all costs. If you don't believe me, visit after hours and see for yourself. Terrible security, terrible customer service, and a terrible place to store your valuables.

I received a notice on 2/25 stating that they would be operating the property as of 2/24. It stated that automatic payments would transfer over without any intervention on our part, though 'there may be some delays'. Payments had still not processed 10 days later, so I attempted to use the payments website mentioned in the letter -- but it would not send a verification code, so I coul log in to use it. I called the number on the letter they sent -- 984-370-3932 -- but it is 'not in service at this time'. A few months later they increased rates by almost 30% just 3 months later. I also overheard them trying to con a current tenant to move their stuff out and move right back in as a new customer, to get their $250 unit for $29 a month -- taking advantage of a naive person who did not think to ask what the rate would become after the first month. Find another place. Seems to be vulture business.

The rest of the staff in this location is basically terrible. every negative adjective that I can think of that involves personality and dealing with a public could apply to all of the staff at this except for one person. It's a shame because it's a great facility. Great building great units minus one and pretty decent hours. I would've go from $70 a month to 140 which is ridiculous. I mean I stuck around if been a slower build into that just doubled overnight and I've only been there a couple months. Sorry truck space good luck in the future and take good care of the young lady that took care of the only lady I've ever seen there in the last so I'm pretty sure you all know exactly what I'm talking about.
