Then, once that "free" first month is up they began trying to deduct the money from the card I used to pay the free first month. Then, the amount deducted was more than the rent is supposed to be. We're about 40 days in now. I called and they were just shy of rude. I sent in an electronic message and was told too bad. I'm addressing this through my bank at this point. Horrible business from my perspective. Brand new customer and it's been a disaster.

That is a 27% increase two months after signing up for the unit. If I had know the rate would increase so quickly I would have looked elsewhere. Any issues I've had have been quickly resolved. There's plenty of parking & they have both climate controlled and outdoor units. I have an indoor unit. The elevator is spacious and there are plenty of rolling carts available downstairs to move your items. There is a ladybug issue here. By "issue" I mean that there are lots of dead ones all over the floor & I have no clue how they got in the building. The staff member who showed me the unit told me about them, but I didn't think the issue couldn't be resolved. They are attracted to the lights so they hang out there. Maybe they get too hot and die from there. Who knows?? Just know you will see a lot of them when you come here. Regardless, I think this is a good storage facility, and I recommend them.
