Richard from Compass Pest, once again, did an awesome job spraying away the nasty bugs!

Compass is great. Attentive service, reliable and overall nice people. Excellent prices.

We were referred to Robert at Compass Pest Management this morning for a possible bee problem. we were so happy when he said he could come today as my husband is highly allergic. We were even happier to learn their inspection is free. Turned out we did have a small nest of carpenter bees inside a vinyl raceway attached to our patio covers. within a short time he had them gone & sprayed to insure they would stay away. He explained everything well, what he was going to do & when done he showed us the result. we are so appreciative of his thoroughness and highly recommend this company if you need help. read more

I am selling my home and there was some very minor termite work that needed to be done as condition of the sale. Robert Abeyk and Michael Bernard came to my house at the date and time scheduled. They were both very professional and did a great job. I would highly recommend their work. They work quickly and diligently and Robert showed me the work that was done before he and Michael departed. They also painted and did an extra piece in the front of my home which was totally appreciated. Thank you Compass Pest Management. Julian C. Sanchez 11/2/2020 read more

Excellent service, reasonable prices! We have used them for going on 16 years and I can't say enough about how wonderful they are. They go above and beyond. Courtney took the time to text me that she noticed water near an outside access panel and we found a leak in our hot water line and we're able to get a plumber out the next day. She ended up saving us thousands of dollars in repairs since we were able to catch a small leak that would've turned into a massive burst in the wall had she not been diligent and observant! So grateful for her noticing and caring enough to let us know. This company has taken such great care of us through the years. 5 stars for going above and beyond what's the norm these days with other companies! read more

Called compass for a termite inspection because we noticed possible termite in my boys room . They scheduled me within two days and Michael came out and explained what needs to be done and didn't try to oversell me on repairs like the other companies that I had come out . Very honest and professional service. read more

I have been very happy with Compass Pest. Prior to their service, we would have numerous ants on our patio and walkways and the black widow spiders were horrible. Now, we are able to enjoy our backyard and patio without worrying about spiders and ants. They have also helped with our gopher problem and pigeons nesting in a gable on our roof. In addition, the service reps are fabulous! Ethan is very friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable! He actually develops a relationship with his customers and is always checking to see if there are any problem areas he needs to focus on. In fact, everyone I have encountered through this company has demonstrated the best customer service skills! Thank you Compass Pest! read more

I highly recommend this company! Called them and told them the issue I was having and they quickly got me an appointment within the same week I called. Very friendly and they even gave us a quote over the phone. Their prices were very fair and they have a 30 day guarantee which I really appreciated. We had Richard come and do our pest control he is such an amazing guy! Highly recommend this individual, he was so kind and answered all of our questions and went out of his way to make sure we got the best service. Loved everything about this company and they got everything cleared and we no longer have that pest issue! Thank you guys!! read more

Our house is built on an ant hill! We tried to deal with it ourselves x months NO years but kept having ant wars in different areas of our home frequently! Finally broke down and searched the internet for help. Finally chose this pest control company for several reasons: Their prices are the most reasonable for the programs they offer. They spray inside and out on the first visit and outside on subsequent visits. However, they will respray inside any time you request. They guarantee their work!! If you have ants or major pest recurrence in between visits just call them up and they will come out to respray. They stay educated and up to date on the most powerful but safe chemicals to use in your home. The technician that visited our home was on time, clean, dressed in uniform of sorts, polite, seasoned (not a kid punk), personable, brought treats for our dogs (so they gave 5 tail wags as well) took his time and communicated all necessary information to us professionally. And my goodness, this is merely a pest control service! read more

Our technician Robert Abeyta arrived on time, was very professional and explained the various tiers of services offered by Compass thoroughly. We decided to switch pest control companies as a result of his kind customer service. read more

Tom came out and was solid. Knowledgeable and helpful. The customer service, on the other hand, was just a terrible experience. Extremely rude - referred to me as "mister". I had two invoices from them and disputed the second one. Since I refuted the second invoice, they refused to take payment on the first invoice. After refusing to take my payment and threatening to send both invoices to collections, Velda hung up on me. I am floored with the way I was treated. read more

Company is great. Robert is excellent. I would recommend to anyone he is so friendly great service and always right on time. Every time I could give him 10 stars I'd give him 11! read more

My little family moved to Norco a couple months ago and knew we needed a pest control company asap. Called Compass and got a quote for a monthly service. Courtney has been servicing our house for the last few months. She sprays our property once a month for insects, last month she also completed a weed abatement (which was great) and before too long we'll ask for help with gophers bc Norco gophers are the size of cats. I'd say she's awesome but that's an understatement. She's really great at what she does, she's quick but thorough, always on time and always has a smile on her face even when she sometimes comes at the hottest part of the day. Services are great and their pricing is fair. Highly recommend Compass Pest Management. read more

I have used Compass for 6mo and they are great! Joseph my technician is awesome! He is prompt, efficient and great customer service, he comes every month on Friday, same time and is always on time. I absolutely love this company including the billing office. Your bill is posted immediately on the website and you can pay as soon as your service is completed. Highly recommend this company! The service technicians are great , but the billing department is shady . If you happen to miss a few sprays , they want to charge you $150 bucks , as if you were a brand new customer, and they don't tell u , until you get the bill , by then it's too late . If u call to complain, they cut you off completely, and tell you to go somewhere else . Very rude and unprofessional. Beware read more

I always like when the tech calls to let me know when the arrival time will be (as it's a 2 hour window). Arrived on time, spent the time to ask questions. Got right to work and finished in a timely manner. As always a great job by the only company I use for pest control. read more

Courtney does fantastic work. Very honest, punctual and friendly. A great company to handle your termite and rodent and pest needs.

We had two other companies bid on this project and decided to go with this one because they had the best options for the price. They came out and set traps and checked them twice. Then Michael B. and Robert A. came out to do an attic clean up, sanitized the space and put up mesh wire to block every potential entry point. They even knocked down some wasp nests while they were on the roof. I would highly recommend Compass Pest Management to family and friends. They were courteous, efficient and left the areas they were working on clean. read more

We recently had bed bugs in my home and Courtney was called to come check out my house. As soon as she noticed the bed bugs she immediately took action. She started explaining the best options for my family since she noticed I had two little children in the home. We were sent information on what exactly to do in regards to prepping the house for spray. If I had more questions Courtney was able to give me the answer. The day of the first round of spray she came in and again explained what exactly she would be doing to my home. I had to leave for a couple hours while she sprayed my home. Once she was done she told me she was leaving, locked my house and told me what to do and not to do after she sprayed. If I had more questions I was able to get ahold of her. If not I would see her in two weeks when she came back for the second and final round of spray. Courtney was amazing in explaining everything each time she came to my home. I feel a little more ease now we did the treatment!! Thank you Courtney!!! read more

Requested an inspection this week. I understand people are busy and that is as a consumer or potential customer part of the job. However to tell Me not until the spring because of snow when there is no snow in Lake Arrowhead and in the low 50s for the next 10 days is unprofessional. Just tell the customer you are not interested my business. That would be the acceptable and professional response. For those reading choose who to believe there was no snow on the ground and I was never told about not servicing area. Stating weather, snow, and not having chains could have been cleared by looking at the weather app on any cell phone. read more

They showed up on time to do some bird control on my roof. It took about 2 visits since they had to bring more tools to use but still satisfied about how they were responsible on what they did. Had compass pest management do our pest and dry rot inspection for our home sale. They were professional, thorough, and on time. Dakota was friendly, professional, and provided top notch, quality work in a very short amount of time. Will definitely be using these guys again for our pest management needs. read more

We have been offered other "deals" through various pest control companies, but because of how well this company treats us I have refused every offer and do not even allow companies to solicit their business to us. Compass has come to our rescue several times whether it be with a mouse in our master bedroom or bees coming in from our kitchen hood. The friendliness from our pest guy, James, is unbeatable. He took the time to get to know our dog so that when he gets there we don't have to rush to put him in his crate. They take the time to explain how to keep pests down as well. read more

These guys are awesome! :) Dakota was trying to stay cool in the 90 degree plus heat. Very quick and worked with us on the price.
