I am absolutely thrilled with the service. The pricing is competitive with the service level they offer. My representative is Joe and I cannot say enough good things about the quality of service that he and Compass provide. I had a poor experience with the first company I hired. I never spent money with that company as they no-showed me two times. Meanwhile I have ants coming from the curb up into my house and making life miserable. I called Compass and Joe came out and took care of the bugs quickly. Knocked down spider webs, moved things to spray properly around the house, and communicated before and after so that I knew what was going on and what to expect. The results are fantastic. I have not seen any ants since his first visit. And we are a sloppy family. Before, spilling a drop of soda meant a giant invasion and a dark undulating line of ants traversing the house. Now, I have almost forgotten that there are ants. I just had my 2nd visit last week, and today I noticed that there are at least 5 dead black widow females outside the garage. Would have preferred not having the set backs in the first place, but I appreciate the effort and they have shown they care about doing a good job. Original Review: What a joke. Their wood repair people dumped paint all over my deck and didn't clean it up. The fumigators locked themselves out and couldn't complete the fumigation. Now they're no-shows for the rescheduled appointment. I'm sitting on my porch writing this review 2 hours after their missed appointment. No response at all from the company. Go elsewhere. read more

Courtney took the time to text me that she noticed water near an outside access panel and we found a leak in our hot water line and we're able to get a plumber out the next day.
