After trying it for a couple weeks, we weren't thrilled with the firmness of the cushions (our preference, not their fault) and they sold us firmer cushions at a greatly reduced price. When I email Clayton in customer service with a question, he typically responds in minutes. This replaced a standard sleeper sofa, and there is NO COMPARISON. You sleep like royalty on these, without sag in the middle. Excellent experience and great customer service!

A couple had damage that was over the primer... I can give them the benefit of the doubt and say that they may have been damaged during moving/unloading... but most had damage under the primer. I reached out to the seller twice over the last two weeks and have yet to hear back from them. I like the prices... but in the long run it would have been cheaper to buy better quality boards that I could actually use vs wasting money on unusable material. I would not recommend using them for trim. The doors they had in shop looked pretty though.
