I have reported this UPS outlet to UPS Customer relations for unprofessional and threatening behavior by the owner. I went in this morning to drop off a package using a pre-printed label with my company's UPS account. The owner said, "You're welcome for your free service." I asked if I should take the package somewhere else and he said no and began yelling at me. I would have run out the door, but he was holding the envelope that I needed overnighted. He yelled at me for about 10 minutes on being a small business owner and "people like you" come in with their company labels and he doesn't get any money, but then he has to pay for UPS to pick up the packages, $90 a month. He said "people like you" roll their eyes at me and leave me bad reviews. He said I need to tell my company shame on them for taking advantage of small business owners by having their corporate accounts and screwing over small businesses. I have NEVER been talked to or treated like that in a professional establishment. He was so angry I felt scared. Then he said "oh I'm sorry, give me a hug" and I quickly ran to the door and said "NO, I just need to make sure my package is shipped." He threw it into the pick up box and said "see right there, it will get picked up later today." So not only did I feel scared and threatened, I'm worried that my package won't get shipped and overnighted. I left very shaken and upset. I will definitely NEVER go back into that establishment. And I will be reporting this location to YELP and any other social media page that I can find. No woman should ever walk into that store front because that man is unhinged and dangerous. UPS needs to seriously look into this location and whether it is a good representative for its corporation.
