I questioned whether or not I should come back but I stayed as I needed this package to go out as soon as possible. The line ended up moving very quickly as even more customers arrived. All three registers were open and the employees were working speedily and diligently to help the customers as quickly as possible. As my turn came I was told my package may not arrive by Christmas as the deadline for that date had passed. However I learned that only two days later my package was received and all was well. Very happy with the staff and the wonderful service I received.

This is, without question, the worst UPS Store I have ever used. Every visit seems to bring another…read moreissue, and management has repeatedly demonstrated that customer concerns are something to be ignored rather than addressed. The only reason I ever walk into this store is because Amazon occasionally requires certain returns to be dropped off at The UPS Store. If I had any choice in the matter, I would take my business elsewhere every single time. Unfortunately, Amazon sometimes leaves customers with no alternative, so I'm forced to use this location despite repeatedly poor experiences. The biggest ongoing problem is their so-called "Time Saving Kiosk." It is marketed as a way to save customers time, yet customers who want to use the self-service kiosk are required to stand in the exact same line as customers waiting for a cashier. That makes absolutely no sense. Self-service and full-service are two completely different services. If I have to wait behind customers shipping multiple packages, notarizing documents, or conducting lengthy transactions before I'm even allowed to reach the self-service kiosk, then it is not a time-saving kiosk. It is simply another stop in the same line. This has happened repeatedly over multiple visits, and despite bringing it to management's attention, nothing has changed. The store also routinely has extremely long lines, making this kiosk policy even more frustrating. What should be a 30-second Amazon return can easily turn into a 20-minute wait because everyone is forced into one line regardless of whether they need employee assistance. Another issue was management allowing a charity to repeatedly set up directly outside the entrance, where customers were approached as they entered and exited the store. When I complained, I was told by the on-duty manager that The UPS Store had given the charity permission to be there. Since management refused to address the issue, I contacted the shopping center's property manager myself. Angela - Local Property Manager (469) 998-8980 Angela informed me that individual tenants, including The UPS Store, do not have the authority to authorize solicitation or occupancy of the common areas outside their stores. Those areas are controlled by the property owner, not the tenants. She immediately involved security and addressed the issue. After property management stepped in, the charity was no longer allowed to continue operating outside the store entrance. I also attempted to resolve my concerns through UPS Corporate, only to be told there was little they could do because this location is independently franchised. That means customers are often left dealing with poor decisions made at the store level with little meaningful oversight. If you've experienced similar issues, don't just complain to the store--report them. For issues involving Amazon Returns or the Amazon Returns kiosk, escalate your concerns to Amazon Executive Customer Relations by emailing jeff@amazon.com. Executive Customer Relations has greater authority to investigate recurring operational problems involving Amazon Returns partner locations than standard customer support. For issues involving The UPS Store itself, submit a complaint directly to The UPS Store Customer Care by emailing customercare@upsstore.com or calling (800) 789-4623. I encourage customers to specifically report recurring operational issues such as the misleading "Time Saving Kiosk" setup that forces self-service customers to wait in the same full-service line. The common theme with this location is simple: problems are allowed to continue until someone outside the store forces them to be addressed. Whether it's the dysfunctional kiosk setup, forcing self-service customers to wait in the full-service line, or allowing unauthorized solicitation outside the entrance, management has repeatedly failed to resolve issues that directly affect customers. I will never voluntarily use this location again, and I would strongly encourage anyone with another UPS Store nearby to take their business elsewhere. This location has earned every bit of this one-star review.
