I'd recommend going elsewhere for your artificial turf. The process was a nightmare and the…read morecommunication after the contract was signed was terrible. When the crew installed the turf, they broke lines in the sprinkler system while breaking up the rocks in my existing lawn. This caused flooding of the newly installed base, which had to be redone. They had to come out a few times to correct the installed turf. To this day I have gaps in the different pieces of turf they installed. During the process, I had total strangers arriving at my house to ask me "where do I get the rocks". When I asked them what they meant, these strangers told me that an ad was placed on Facebook for free rocks. So, the company thought it was appropriate to sell the scraps from my job on Facebook, giving out my home address. When I called the company, they told me that they would stop. The next day, strangers would continue to show up at my house for "free rocks." Communication was awful. During the sales process...quick call backs and replies to emails. As soon as problems began on the job, I had to call the office several times. I spoke directly to their team members, who several times told me they'd call me right back with answers. Each time I called them, I received no call back. I had to call them back each time to remind them that they had committed to call me back. They also stopped responding to Yelp messages. I recommend you avoid using Ideal Turf at all costs.

Our consultation with Cameron was easy and informative! The install then took a full day. The only thing I wish we could have understood more of during the consultation was that we were going to need to purchase irrigation equipment prior to the turf install, so that was an unexpected expense that day. Otherwise, we received three quotes total to do our work and Ideal Turf offered almost an equivalent quote to the cheapest one we received, yet then seemed the most professional which is why we went with them. Very happy with the results!

We saw the results of their work on social media and actually contacted the company to see if we could observe an ongoing project and it's results. They were excited to show us and we were very impressed with the work and finished project. We initially wanted to do a traditional hardscape using landscape flagstones and gravel. We went through several contractors for suggestions and estimates and found some good leads but the cost of the work varied based on the quality and variation of stone. We had heard about artificial turf blended with landscape stones and loved the way it looked. We were initially hesitant because our mindset towards artificial turf was outdated. Thoughts like quality of material, hot turf in the summer and longevity of materials didn't appeal to us. We quickly learned that advancement in the artificial turf industry including material and the warranty and life expectancy of the product sold us. We absolutely love the brand and design of the turf they installed. Blake and Spencer came out and listened to our thoughts about the landscaping. They offered several different options including many that we had not thought about. We actually went with a design they offered that not only looked better than we imagined, it was less costly than we thought it would be! During the work, both Spencer and Blake showed up to monitor their crew, check on the progress and to make sure we were informed and happy with the work. After the job was completed, they took us on a thorough walk around and made sure we were completely satisfied with the finish work. Even while the work was in progress, they were open and flexible to minor changes we wanted at the last minute. It's hard to find solid, reputable companies for landscape work. Artisan Turf made this a seamless and enjoyable process. Attention to detail, great work ethics, delivering as promised and doing all of it at a very reasonable cost was a solid plus and this company delivered as promised. We are very happy customers. Spencer and Blake told us early on that their reputation is directly linked to the work they provide. They did not disappoint. If you're looking for any landscape work, please give Artisan Turf a call. They post their projects online and are very open to coming by for a free consultation on a personalized project.
