Andre is a legend, and the front desk staff is always a really friendly and helpful. They get their work done on time and I've never needed the same work done twice. I recommend this place to everyone. read more

Compros is my go to place when I'm having issues with my laptop. It's one of the best places to go on the Westside, the front desk lady is professional and helpful. I got my computer fixed in less than 20 Minutes.. doesn't happen anywhere. I highly recommended going to this place if you need anything fixed! read more

I'm really excited to be able to write this 5 star review on my computer! For 5 hours today, my PC was not operational. It was a huge problem for me, so I found these guys on YELP on my phone and after a quick chat with GIV I brought my computer in. He only needed about 10 minutes with it, and he was able to diagnose the issue and fix the problem. I have a ton of work to do tonight, and GIV absolutely saved the day. He was friendly, knowledgeable and their pricing is extremely reasonable. He even took the time to give me some pointers on how to keep my PC running smoothly. I will most definitely come back if I have any issues in the future. Thank you so much. read more

I had some kind of malware that attached itself to my computer because I clicked on some advertisement by accident. It kept redirecting my home page on Google Chrome & Safari search engines to another page that was focused mainly focused on advertisers. They did a thorough cleaning of my Macbook Pro for viruses and malware. They found 1or 2 and removed them promptly. They were fair-priced, and provided a courtesy call the next morning to let me know my Mac was ready and free of viruses. read more

No wonder why this company has all great reviews ,Flo has amazing Customer service and she knows exactly how to keep clients happy, Their service and professionalism is outstanding . My Laptop kept crashing on me so after looking them up on Yelp I took it in and they found the problems the next day and I picked it up on a Sunday which was really convenient for me since I work really late every day. Also many thanks to the tech who worked very hard and diagnosed the problem with the motherboard and fixed it in a timely manner. :-) read more

My business needed marketing and new customers and what better way to do it than with a good SEO campaign, that's search engine optimization. I asked around and did some research and Computer Professionals kept coming up. Actually, they were the only SEO company with a good reputation. I gave them a call and they had me speak to their account exec Allen and first impressions go a long way. He spoke to me at length and went into great detail about SEO and what they offer, pricing, campaign pitch, etc. We had a few conference calls and I was sold. Since then my campaign has been doing great! We've gone up on google very quickly and its holding strong. I have to say that I'm quite impressed and if someone is looking for a good company to work with, I highly recommend giving them a call. Our business is thriving and doing very well. read more

Found these guys via google search for a small motherboard issue I had. I brought it in near closing time, they spent 5 minutes taking care of it, and refused payment when I offered. A great team here, was very happy with how I was treated. Would recommend. read more

Had my hard drive die and it took them only 4 days to fix the problem and at a great price.

Very knowledgeable and helpful. They provided a number of options to fix my laptop and did not try to sway me in any direction. A very professional organization with outstanding service. read more

I used comp pros twice now and both times they were very professional, friendly and helpful... They are also patient as i am not a computer genius... I will go back when i have a computer problem...thanks comp pros... read more

Comp pros has helped me twice. Both times charged a reasonable price and had the work done in 24 hours.

Our organization desperately needed an improved online presence and boosted web traffic. Let's face it...our website sucked. A friend recommended Computer Repair Professionals to help us get started. The customer service was phenomenal! They took the time to explain their ideas, listen to what we wanted and needed, and made a plan. Within a very short time we were up and running with a beautiful website that not only served our current constituents but attracted new donors. Their SEO service has really helped our awareness levels rise along with our fundraising dollars. I'd highly recommend using them for any web design project. They'll help you understand what you need, how they are doing it, and help you along the way. read more

It would have been nice to hear other options for a hardware issue. But really this is a 5 star customer support service the tech's provide.

Just visited these guys for the first time on Thursday and I gotta say I am impressed. Not only did they quickly address the problems my laptop had but their turn around time was amazing. These guys are real pros. They're also quite courteous and knowledgable. I was nervous to get something as precious as my computer fixed but from start to finish these guys have been fantastic. Can't recommend them more, especially Andre and Alex. Thanks guys! read more

My old computer gave up the ghost. I took it to Antonio and was back in business in a day. I needed a Windows capable computer for a particular device required by work. He set me up with a used MB Air running parallels. My work flow has never been smoother. He gave me all the time I needed and a fair price. I am more comfortable knowing he's there. 5 Stars! read more

BEWARE OF SCAMS!! I called ahead and used the online support to get a quote on a laptop screen repair. They gave me 2 employee names, 1 quote, and a ticket number. I go in and some guy claiming to be the manager wants to charge me an extra $80 for the repair even with my quote, ticket number, and employee references!! I like supporting small business but this person obviously likes taking advantage of struggling college students stay away!!! read more

Came here to do a full upgrade of my old laptop. They were fast and affordable. Definitely recommend.

I was having trouble with my PC and Comp Pros was able to repair it and tell me exactly what was going wrong. It took a little bit longer than expected, but I'm satisfied with the service otherwise. read more

Super fast, reasonably priced. Incredibly professional too. My Mac's HD took a dump, went around to a bunch of repair shops that were too overpriced, then ended up here and they offered a fair price and service done within hours. HOURS! I'm out of town all this weekend and I was freaking out. They saved the day. Highly recommended! read more

Awesome service, took my daughters laptop in after another "computer professional" friend of my daughter told her it needed a new motherboard. They diagnosed and fixed the problem (not the motherboard) within 2 hours and for a reasonable price. After I picked up the laptop. They called to check about 3 hours later to see if there were any issues. Great job and great service read more

I am so happy that I found computer professionals. I had a very hard time finding good programmers and a lot of them never did the job the way I wanted it. Helped me in a great time of need! Like an idiot, I gave my credit card information to people who hacked my computer, made it crash, and then forced me into paying $500 to fix it. Comp Pro's helped me figure out it was a scam and totally had my back in fixing my computer and getting those hackers completely off. Amazing people, great service, and definitely fixed by problem for an affordable price. Thank you Comp-Pros!! read more

My hard drive on my Mac crashed 2 weeks ago and found computer professionals on yelp. They were very knowledgable, professional and easy to work with. This is my first online activity after getting my computer back from Computer Professionals. My Dell XPS would not start up and gave me messages I didn't understand....so I looked on Yelp for a recommendation. They were near my home and had all five star ratings...and I see why. Allen and Alex were fabulous. They are true professionals, they know what they are doing, they gave me a reasonable/affordable quote and fixed my computer when they said they would. They saved all my data - pictures of my son, my work docs and school stuff. Important stuff to me. I cannot recommend them highly enough. It is very important to me to have my "go to" people to fix my stuff - electrician, plumber, computer guy, etc... Computer Professionals are my new "go to" guys when my computer acts up. read more

Very professional experience. Quick service and great customer service support. Definitely recommend.

AMAZING!!! I wish I could give you all 10 stars!!! I am sooooo glad that I found this computer repair shop. I initially took my Macbook Pro laptop to another computer place and they said my motherboard went completely bad and they would have to replace it for $706.00. I was very hesitant to spend that much money to fix it when I can easily invest another $700.00 and buy a brand new one. So I searched online and called up Ryan who fixes computers, found him through yelp, but he wasn't in town and referred me to Computer Professionals. He said they are a great repair shop and would help me out. Thank you Ryan and Computer Professionals. I called them up and talked to a very nice young lady, whose name I can't remember, and told her what the issue was. She said for me to come by and they would look at it. I dropped it off first thing Saturday morning and by 2:00 pm she called me up to say it was not the motherboard and it was only a hard drive issue. Total cost plus the cost of them saving all of my stuff on the laptop and then putting it back on the laptop once the issue was fixed....only $246.00. Such a relief!! I got a call on Monday saying my laptop was ready to be picked up...what a fast turnaround! I was blown away by their great customer service and honesty because let's face it most computer repair shops can be so shady. Not computer professionals though. My laptop is now back to normal and running great. Thank you computer professionals!! You guys rock and will be referring you to anyone I know who has computer issues. read more

Antonio and Andre. I can't find enough good things to write about them. I needed to install Windows 11 and new drive...Perfect! They were able to save all of my files and always available for follow-up questions. My (go to shop) for anything computer related. I highly recommend their services. Thank you gentlemen! read more

I cracked my laptop screen (an old Macbook Pro) recently and was researching different businesses on Yelp to replace the screen so I could avoid buying a new computer altogether. Every business that got back to me was trying to charge me more than half the price of a new computer, and some even were asking for fees to diagnose the problem, even though I knew exactly what the issue was. I walked into Comp-Pros on a whim and Andre immediately quoted me on the spot - he had the exact part in stock and in the price he gave me already included labor and taxes. He wasn't trying to scam me or get as much money out of me as possible - his price was very fair and honestly the most reasonable of any quotes I had been given. I gave him my laptop right away and the screen was replaced in under an hour - and it looks great!! I don't have enough positive things to say about my experience but in sum, I highly recommend Comp-Pros to anyone looking for screen repair. Thank you guys! read more

Thank you Comp-Pros! I absolutely trust you with diagnosing my computer and fixing what needs to be fixed. Agree with Cao, below. Trusted the reviews and disappointed. Not even my files were saved, which were promised. This computer was obviously NOT checked over before they returned it-- quite a few things wrong. My advice: go elsewhere. read more

I could not be happier with this place! Basically I went to Apple and they told me my hard drive was shot. I didn't have any of my information backed up on a separate hard drive so I was kind of freaking out haha. I did a little research and found Computer Professionals. I called and spoke with Flo, she is great and answered all of my questions. I took my laptop here on a Monday, got a phone call on Wednesday saying they recovered EVERYTHING and my computer was ready for pick up! They honestly made the whole process very stress free- hopefully I don't have to go back haha but I would refer anyone and everyone here:) read more

I was looking to get the memory of 2 old laptops (a dell and a mac) transferred to an external hard drive. I called 3 places asking for a quote, and Comp-Pros was the only business to get back to me. They transferred the memory successfully, at a fair price, and were able to recycle the laptops for me. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for computer work. They were communicative and on time! read more

Your takeaway from this review? - These are VERY experienced, competent, reliable and honest computer repair guys that charge fair prices. They deserve 6 stars. And, they're really nice people with good senses of humor! I have an older but still well-functioning high-end Lenovo laptop, that urgently needed both a screen and hard drive replacements. Comp-pros is a 'family' owned and operated business that obviously cares about their good reputation -- which they have worked many years and continually day-to-day to build. Antonio is very much the hands-on, in-store, well-qualified, hard-working owner -- and his staff are expert, polite and patient. When I first called and then dropped in, Alexander provided me solid advice about what I should and should NOT get repaired on this older laptop - versus waiting a few months or longer and getting a new laptop. When I picked up the laptop after it was repaired -- which was on-time (just 1 day) and on-budget -- Antonio explained (and showed) what they had done. Both the new screen AND hard drive (now a SSD) they recommended and installed are MUCH better than the originals, and entirely reasonably priced. Any future repairs -- and probably or preferably some a new small network installation -- that I/we do will be with Antonio and his team. read more

Don't blindly believe in 5-star ratings. My laptop has been blue-screening daily for the past 2 years, so I decided to finally get it repaired after I lost my essay from one particular incident. I dropped it over for a diagnosis and the person at the front (who was surprisingly brusk for a 5-star place, but getting my laptop fixed was what was important) informed me a few days later that they realized the problem was my laptop was overheating. Now I'm not a computer expert, but I didn't understand because it usually blue-screens the very second I turn it on. To my understanding, a laptop turned off for hours IS NOT heated up, and thus overheating isn't the issue. But I went with the $200 repair anyway, because hey they have 5-stars so they can't be wrong, right? I came in and picked it up, asked them if it was fixed and they told me it was. THE VERY SECOND I GOT HOME AND TURNED ON MY LAPTOP, IT BLUE SCREENED. This was a few months ago, my laptop continues to blue screen every day and now has been starting to blue-screen every two days. I didn't bother coming back to pay for another repair because I took an uber 40 minutes back-and-forth just to go to this highly-rated place only to feel tricked and $200 short at the end of the day. Sometimes, it's better to go with your intuition and if you think that a professional's solution doesn't make any sense, seek second opinions and find people who actually know what they're doing. If you don't know how to fix my laptop, please don't pretend to know and take my money. read more
