Something has drastically changed with their business model. They were great in past years, but…read morerecently it seems there has been a change. After using this company for our other kids, referring customers, and finally calling them for another kid, they have switched up. We paid for a package of personal lessons, and had an instructor cancel as the last minute. The class was re-scheduled, then the instructor reportedly showed up to the pick up location at a certain time and left at a certain time. Surveillance cameras showed otherwise. Then the driver reportedly texted the student, which was also untrue. Clearly, they are operating under a different business model. Waiting on a refund now. Would certainly NOT recommend AB AUTO DRIVING and Traffic School.

Our youngest daughter suffers from high anxiety and they took extra care with her, from the way they approached teaching her, to the way they made sure she was ready for her exam. Since everything has changed at the DMV because of Coronavirus, JMP was on top of every detail, sending us emails with latest updates and appointment reminders with all the steps and protocols we needed to take. Again, if you're looking for a driving school, look no further, JMP is the best there is: FIRST CLASS ALL THE WAY! A. Gonzalez

This review is solely based on the quality of service I received the day I was supposed to take the…read moredrivers test. The service & driving lessons I received by Shetty were phenomenal. She made me feel comfortable driving and gave me the confidence to finally get on the road. I took 6 hours of lessons for about a month. Prior to booking lessons with Continental I had made it clear that I had a New York State permit. I received false information letting me know that everything will be fine with the permit and that I would be able to book and take my test with my New York State permit. I made sure to inquire about this as to not waste my time or the company's time. After taking my lessons, my test was booked and no additional information/instructions given. I arrived early to the test site and waited for the person administrating the test to arrive. When I was going to fill the forms to get started, I presented the gentleman with my New York State Permit only to be denied. I let him know that I was not told that I needed a Florida permit in order to take the test and that I was misled into thinking I'd be able to take my drivers test that morning. The lack of clarity from the company is abhorrent and a money grabbing scheme. At this point, I was hysterical because 1) I spent money on transportation to get to school 2) I had wasted my morning waiting for nothing and he offered me no solutions 3) the man continued to argue with me saying that I heard the wrong information. I am not in the business of wasting my time or anybody else's time so why would I book an appointment if I did not have the correct documentation for the test? Instead of offering an apology for the inconvenience he caused, he continued to argue with to tell me I heard wrong and calling me a liar. I ended up getting refunded for the test but this review is about the lack of clarity & communication from this driving school. Calling a client a liar & not admitting your mistakes is horrible customer service. I implore you to take a course in providing great customer service as to not lose future customers. This information should be on the driving schools website as to not mislead future drivers. Although I was satisfied with my classes, I would never recommend this school to anybody I know just based off the interaction I had on the day I was supposed to take my driving lesson. Editing review to add: Even the response from the owner is abhorrent. He continues to try place blame on the situation instead of using this as a learning moment for himself and for his company. After reviewing other websites for driving school in the area, I conclude that Continentals website did not provide clear information and that when asked the owner intentionally provided me with misinformation. I am well aware of what is stated on the Florida DMV website & I never stated that Continental made the rules as I understand how rules work.

The lady at the reception who's supposedly the owner was very unprofessional and out of line . She had an attitude for no apparent reason the minute we walked there . My girlfriend & I went there because she needed to take a 4 hours traffic class , and she asked my gf if I was her husband so she replied no and that I was her bf , she told my gf that I don't seem to care for her and she shouldn't be with me because if a man isn't paying your bills he doesn't care about you . She assumed all that in a split second when my gf went into her purse and got the money pay for the class , she went further to tell my gf how her husband pay for all her bills .so technically she assumed that I'm a bad bf because the money didn't come from my wallet . How ridiculous and ignorant is that ?? People fail to realize that they run out of business sometimes because of their unprofessionalism and poor customer service . we didn't go there to get her advices nor to know about her personal life , but somehow she felt like it was appropriate to get into our business. If I could give this review no star at all I would , just to tell you people not to step your feet in this facility , as matter of fact this business need to be shut down . It's such a bad representation of how a traffic school should be run .
