I went here for the MSF course. The website makes it easy to sign up and you simply take a test and…read moreprovide proof of passing prior to your 2 days. One issue here and is one of the main reasons I deducted stars, make sure to call to ensure the language is correct. I signed up for English and even took the test in English but when i showed up was told it was a spanish class. All the students in the class chose English and the school was adament that the mistake was on our end. I had the page bookedmarked where I signed up and when checking, since it was the first day I still saw the second day under the English classes. I took the class in Spanish despite not being strong in the language because I had already moved my schedule around to spend the 2 days here. So the next part of my review may be heavily bias due to some language barrier. The class is supposed to be broken into two days. The first is 8 hours long and the second 7 for a total of 15 hours. It's advertised as 10 hours riding and 5 hours class. The first day we left about 3-4 hours early and the second day we left 2 hours early. So you can imagine how much riding time we had. I came into this course as someone who never rode before and likely it was due to the language barrier but I learned more from the online course than in person. I also didn't feel safe asking questions during the course since whenever someone asked a question the instructor deemed dumb he made sure to make you repeat it so the class can hear how dumb you are and make a comment about how you should already know these things. Again its probably a language barrier, but I honestly only had fun when I was riding and the instructor left me alone. But again the riding portion wasn't that long. I could say more but to keep it short, I did eventually pass and get my endorsement and I do plan to take a second basic rider course (somewhere else of course), but i can't really recommend this place for a new rider. I give it 3 stars cause honestly if you're just here to lower your insurance or to get your endorsement and you already know how to ride, its a great cheap way. But if you're here to learn, don't bother. You can get your endorsement no problem, but you won't be street ready coming out of this.

After a couple of lessons with Pedro, practicing driving on the I-95 a couple of times too, he told me I was ready for the exam. It was a bit of a pain to schedule the exam (entirely issues on my end), but Sylvio was so patient and helpful in finding work arounds for a time and place that worked for me to take the exam. He picked me up super early so that we could practice a bit before taking my exam, which I think helped me feel better. I passed my exam on the first try! My teenage son and I recently moved to FL to be with my mother. We though it was very useful for…read moreall three of us to be able to drive in Miami so we wanted to take driving lessons in order to obtain our FL driver's licenses with the aim of renting or leasing and eventually buying a family vehicle. My mother's cleaning lady recently took driving lessons and obtained her driver's license and is now driving a pick-up truck. She referred us to her driving instructor, Claudia Figueredo, (Tel. 786 337-0640) a nice lady from Columbia and even called her over the phone to introduce us to her. My son was the first to take driving lessons with Claudia since he had to learn the rules of driving in order to pass the theoretical written driving test and then take driving classes in order to pass the practical road driving test to obtain his first ever driver's license. Then, my mom, who had driven most of her life but had stopped driving three years ago needed to practice driving before she felt confident enough to renew her driver's license and actually drive a car. I had driven overseas when I worked in United Nations peacekeeping operations. However, when my son and I moved to NYC, I stopped driving since there was good public transportation in NYC. When we moved to NJ, we relied mostly on buses, trains. taxis and Uber vehicles to get around. Since we moved to Miami, given that public transportation is somewhat limited, we are relying mostly on Uber vehicles to get around. So we thought it made sense for us to drive. I was out of practice with driving and didn't know my way around Miami. I was a nervous about driving again. I was particularly afraid of driving on highways with multiple lanes and driving at a high speed in order to adhere to the speed limit for driving on highways. Thanks to Claudia Figueredo, all three of us, especially my son, are more at ease and are more confident about our ability to drive ourselves around in Miami and ensuring that we know the rules for driving and that we comply with them. She is warm, friendly, kind and very patient and she takes time to explain the rules and to correct us when we make mistakes driving. She started each of us off in low-traffic areas and we gradually progressed to medium-traffic areas and then to high-traffic areas for our driving lessons with her. She had us practice switching lanes, merging with traffic, entering/driving on and exiting a 7-lane highway, driving over and under bridges, parking in different ways (driving straight into a parking space, parking in a side-ways parking space, reversing into a parking space, parallel parking etc. and exiting parking spaces and parking lots and parking on the side of the road and leaving the side of the road. We even went to gas stations to learn how to park cars there and refuel them and to car washes to learn how to use them. Through our driving lessons, we are gradually becoming more familiar with different neighborhoods in Miami. Claudia makes learning how to drive and practicing driving interesting and fun while ensuring that we are safe drivers that comply with the rules of driving. She is also very patient and polite as well as courteous and always speaks in a kind and reassuring and encouraging manner to us. We found out through Claudia that, in Miami, since the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) is so backed up with a huge influx of people from all over the USA and from overseas, that the DMV has outsourced the written and road driving tests to driving schools like the one she is affiliated with, Sunpass Driving & Traffic School & Driving Testing Site. She scheduled written tests and road tests for my son and my mother at Sunpass. She also scheduled our appointments at the DMV to obtain our driver's licenses. I am pleased to say that all 3 of us now have FL driver's licenses and are safe drivers!
