They have top & front loading washers. Top loaders seemed small capacity compared to my home machine. I saw little packages of misc laundry items for sale in the corner room if you forgot detergent, etc. There was a soda and a snack machine. Floors not very clean, trash can liners look like they had been in can for year or two. I don't have to go to laundromats very often so hard to compare from years ago. Was warm but they do have lots of ceiling fans, I suspect that would be an issue anywhere with folks holding door open to get the carts in & out door. Summertime in Texas it's hard to keep anyplace cool!

When I went next door to ask for assistance, however, my experience was different. The staff member I spoke with was not very polite, which made the interaction uncomfortable. Because I'm new and had a large amount of laundry, I asked a few regular customers whether it was okay to step away briefly and they assured me that my clothes would not be touched. To be safe, I also set an alarm so I could return on time. When I came back, I noticed that my clothes had been removed from the washer and placed in a basket. I didn't have an issue with my clothes being placed in a basket so other customers could use the machines. What concerned me was that some of my clothes were placed on top of the washer, and no one came to inform me that my laundry had been moved. The staff member I spoke with earlier walked past me several times without saying anything, and then left before I could address the situation. When I spoke with the young lady at the front, she acknowledged that clothes are not supposed to be placed on top of the washers, but the issue had already occurred. The interaction felt dismissive, and I didn't feel that my concern was fully understood. I believe better communication and more courtesy toward customers especially first-time visitors would greatly improve the experience here.

The bigger washers start at $8.75 for a regular wash and go to $9.55 if you want to add an extra wash. The regular size washers are $6.75, the bigger dryers are $2.10, and the regular dryers are $1.60. You need to load up a laundry card to get the machines to work, but it's super convenient that you don't need quarters. You can pay with Apple Pay/card, EBT, or cash. Note that it's $1 for the card (I think). They also have a bill breaker. I would definitely recommend it here!
