I ordered the avocado toast which had cherry tomatoes, sunflower seeds, crumbled feta and sriracha. While it wasn't overboard on the spice, if you are sensitive I would choose something else. My mom had the egg platter which came with scrambled eggs, bacon (turkey or pork) she had turkey bacon, white toast and the best seasoned sweet potatoes she's had. We also both had coffee she had a caramel latte and I had a white mocha, which were ok. The food was good but it was on the pricey side. It's a great spot if you are local otherwise I wouldn't go out of my way to travel here.
