This Walmart was clean, and well-organized. The employees were friendly and prompt in sservice. I…read moregot a chicken tender meal and sliced turkey from the deli. The tender meal was done well and nothing had a texture like it had been sitting too long in the hot bar. The turkey was great, the deli worker asked how thin I would like it and took a test slice to see if it would be to my liking. This was a great experience.

When I try to bring them up to an employee to bring their attention to it I get looked at like I'm a Karen. I'm sorry that I don't like to be stolen from, you guys prosecute shoplifters but yet you do reverse shoplifting on people who come in to buy things as well. Now I have met some really sweet people there and then I have met some really rude people. I have been hit with those damn carts more times then I can count and I realize that they're on a time crunch, but the fact that I am trying to shop as well and you're getting paid to do what you're doing are two different things. I'm a very respectful person and when I see them coming, I try to get out of their way, but at the same time I'm trying to do my shopping. Be respectful back. One of the things that bothers me. The most is when I go to check out there's only a few lines open with real people so I will go to self check out because I only have so many items, but you will sit there and stare at me while I'm doing it making me feel uncomfortable but yet when your machine acts up, I can't find anybody to help me because they're too busy talking to other employees are on their phone. You need to do better. Customer service should be taught. I understand that some customers get out of line and become aggressive and I don't agree with that, but I'm not one of those people. If I treated people like that at work, I wouldn't have a job.

Except there was no associate in sight. So I pressed the associate help button at register. It verbally said someone was on the way. 5 min later, I pressed again. Long story short, 25 minutes and 5 presses later no ever showed. 5 sets of customers walked while waiting. I stopped at customer service to complain to the supervisor there about the lack of coverage ...... to say she couldn't have cared less would be a massive understatement. I've gone from online Walmart customer, to canceling that and now I'm finally taking all my business elsewhere. These people fobt train and truly don't give a rats behind. Thanks for the business Walmart. I know you'll be fine in that filthy warehouse you call a store.

The employees act like they don't speak English and refuse to communicate and assist you, mainly the front end employees. I have not seen any manager keep this store organized, the shelf's are disorganized and things are in the wrong locations. IF THE EMPLOYEES ARE REFUSING TO HELP CUSTOMERS THEN QUIT OR TERMINATE THEM! I have worked at a different location 6 years ago and NEVER had to worry about me talking to someone with a different language, GOOGLE TRANSLATE HELPS. Thank god we don't work there anymore lmfao. Walmart stop being lazy and correct your employees. Idgaf if your a billion dollar company, horrible employees and sloppy retail organization will slow your traffic down and you will suffer complications and lose money.

To Kroger Corporate Management and Asset Protection Lead,…read more I am writing to formally report a deeply disturbing experience my partner, our 15-year-old cousin, and I had at your store on Sunday March 15th at approximately 11:00am. While shopping in the cosmetics department, we were subjected to blatant and persistent shadowing by a store associate (white male mid to late 20s, blue polo, black pants and a name tag that I can't recall due to stress). This individual followed us closely from aisle to aisle, making no effort to hide their surveillance. This was not "customer service"; it was targeted intimidation. As a family--including a minor--who are openly gay and were dressed casually in hoodies, we felt we were being profiled. Whether this bias was based on our clothing, our sexual orientation, or a combination of both, the result was the same: we were treated like criminals rather than customers. When I attempted to de-escalate the situation by calmly asking the associate if there was a problem, the harassment intensified. Rather than acting professionally, a second associate joined the first, creating an intimidating 'two-against-one' dynamic. This targeted confrontation was aggressive and predatory; it left me physically shaking and fearing for my safety in front of my partner and our 15-year-old cousin. Shopping for basic necessities should not be a humiliating experience. My 15-year-old cousin and frankly, all of us, were left feeling shaken and unwelcome, and as a regular customer, I am appalled that Kroger's "Loss Prevention" standards allow for such aggressive and alienating behavior.

On 12/09/25 I called Walmart and advise if it didn't get delivered that day I was cancelling the order. On 12/10/25 I cancelled the order and Walmart took the charge off my card. Tracked the package and FedEx showed returned. On 12/11/25 The item was received and I called Walmart asking where to return it. After 30 minutes on the phone with a customer service agent, I was told I didn't have to return the item that the order was cancelled and I would not be charged for it. On 12/22/25 Walmart charged my card my card for the item. I called and explained I was told not to return the item. After an hour on the phone and talking to a supervisor I was told that I would have to return the item since it was delivered. I explained that I had given the item to my granddaughter since I didn't need the item and that 11 days ago Walmart had told me to keep it at no charge. Walmart supervisor said that the previous customer service rep didn't have the right (per policy) to say not to return the item. Now I have to return the item or pay for it when I had offered to return it previously and was told not to. If this is the way Walmart operates then they can do without my and my families business. I quarantine this will cost them more than the price of the item.
