Made an online order 12/2/25. Was suppose to receive it 12/05/25. Never came but FedEx said out for delivery. On 12/09/25 I called Walmart and advise if it didn't get delivered that day I was cancelling the order. On 12/10/25 I cancelled the order and Walmart took the charge off my card. Tracked the package and FedEx showed returned. On 12/11/25 The item was received and I called Walmart asking where to return it. After 30 minutes on the phone with a customer service agent, I was told I didn't have to return the item that the order was cancelled and I would not be charged for it. On 12/22/25 Walmart charged my card my card for the item. I called and explained I was told not to return the item. After an hour on the phone and talking to a supervisor I was told that I would have to return the item since it was delivered. I explained that I had given the item to my granddaughter since I didn't need the item and that 11 days ago Walmart had told me to keep it at no charge. Walmart supervisor said that the previous customer service rep didn't have the right (per policy) to say not to return the item. Now I have to return the item or pay for it when I had offered to return it previously and was told not to. If this is the way Walmart operates then they can do without my and my families business. I quarantine this will cost them more than the price of the item. read more

Nothing beats a trip to the local Walmart (40475) to ruin a perfectly good day! Asked three separate employees re: the location of a particular item. All three employees pointed in a general direction and ran off. After 20 minutes of looking, I asked pharmacy for an aisle number. Took another 5 minutes. Topping off the trip, I got to the back of the parking lot and found a random shopping chart sitting about 3 inches from my car. Two male employees were working in the garden section and could've moved the cart. They were that close! Sucks! Terrible customer service. read more

My mother is 80 years old and orders her groceries online from either Kroger or Walmart. We ordered a few groceries and had them delivered, since she pays the yearly rate for free delivery. The items that were delivered were clearly someone else's order. I called the number four times back to back and no answer, so I called the customer service desk. Customer Service tells me that the online delivery number is out of service and gave me a cell phone number to call. I called the cell phone and he gives me another number to call because he has no control. The person at the next number asks me if I can take the misdelivered groceries to the nearest Walmart! Absolutely Not (if my 80-year old mother could transport cases of water, soda and bags of groceries, she wouldn't be ordering them online)! Then he transfers me to someone who "is a higher authority". She had the nerve to tell me that I received part of my order because the delivery took a photo and she can see that a case of water was delivered. That case of water is a 24-pack and I ordered a 40-pack, and like I said, I did not receive anything that I ordered. They refunded the money but I see exactly why this Walmart has received so many one-star reviews. read more

They are SO Good that they deliver items when you don't even order them! I received a grocery delivery to my door for another person at 8:00 AM. I did not find the order until that afternoon. I did the right thing and told them they made a mistake, they said they would send the delivery driver back to pick up the order. An hour later it was still sitting on my porch. Called again. Put on hold then hung up on. Drove the items to the store and left them at customer service with my story. So, to a Mr. or Mrs. E. Trujillo, I hope you weren't charged for that order. Walmart Supercenter - This your order? - Department Stores Near Me - Richmond, Kentucky

Eh, it's a Walmart. Some of the greeters can be impolite. My husband was having to catch a bus and ended up late because the greeter wanted him to empty his entire grocery bag so he could look at every item on his receipt. They have rearranged the store and so many aisles lead to dead ends so instead of passing through you now have to do a complete uturn and pray no one is coming the way you were. The staff are practically nonexistent to help you find things and half the time items are completely out of stock for months or tucked away underneath shelves and stocking areas. read more

My my my my my. To think I was irritated a couple days ago that google maps said this location closed at midnight and they closed at 9. Yesterday I had the most horrid experience EVER in grocery pickup or just Walmart in general. So I also won't get into why it took two days to have my pickup order for a table and a pillow. But I ordered this about Sunday. Wasn't ready until after they close Monday night. So I just go ahead and do a grocery pickup at the the same time. So when I get there since grocery and the pickup are two different sections (stupid I know) I ask the lady. "Do I need to park in two spots since I have 2 different orders?" "Idk. Sorry! I just started..." that was fine I appreciated the honesty. So then a lady comes out that I ask same question to and she tells me no. But I explain again two orders under same name. One grocery, other from the Walmart.com. She proceeds to hand me my things and I INSTANTLY tell her "I didn't order those sweats. I already have them I ordered a different color. She tells me she can't because she already completed order. I go "are you sure? Because the last time you guys messed up my order? The guy just cancelled it" she says she's going to go check. I light up a cig to not mess up a beautiful day. Now a kid comes out TELLING ME "we didn't mess it up you did. You ordered those sweats and you have to take them!" What!? first of all. "Who are you taking to? Go get your boss bro. And get out my face. I know I didn't order them. I already have them. I'm not going to start drama over $20 bucks but don't EVER insinuate I'm a liar" so now I get on my app to see what? They've SUBSTITUTED my sweats . So now I bang on the door pretty hot. This manager diffuses me and we work it out now I'm back in my car STILL waiting on my $200 worth of table and pillow. Now top flight undercover comes out and I immediately tel him "bro. Situation already diffused. Please Get out my face." He walks away. Comes back when the girl asks a stupid question. "Do you still want your other order?" Me "of course I do! why wouldn't I?? I've waited three days for two items it's ridiculous" now top flight back talking stuff. Again "dude. Get out my face. Who are you? (I knew he was but he's never identified himself and has street clothes on!) I don't even want to speak to you all you keep doing is getting me mad you have terrible people skills and customer service" now he tells me to leave or he's going to call the police? "Call the police cancel order I don't care. I'm not scared I've done nothing wrong." Leave or I'm calling police. "Call them" so of course policeman comes IDENTIFIES himself even with a uniform and badge on because he's a professional and nothing happens except I now still don't have a table and waiting on a refund of something I paid for 4 days ago. No apologies just telling me to quiet down. But they also hated the police did nothing but talk to me and show respect to me. And also say him and his wife have had the same problem. But of course they don't cal police on him right? Right. Three grocery pickups and issues each time. It's sick. But what's most sick? I know they didn't like me calm so he kept picking at me. It was the only way I guess he could 'win' right? Wrong found a better table at home goods and you lost a customer. It's a sad world we live in and I experience this passive aggressive racism a lot here in Kentucky. Won't lie. But. I won't blame Kentucky for this time warp. They were extremely rude. First time I have ever filed a complaint. I've never been treated so badly at a business. The woman at self checkout was cold and snappy like she was having a bad day before I even opened my mouth. I left self checkout to return the two items. If you have the option to use another pharmacy, do so. I have never dealt with such disrespect from a company in my life. I was trying to get my monthly prescription, and they were saying the system wasn't letting them fill it at the moment (they said it a lot less nice). So, I called my doctors office the next day who told me that there's nothing else to do on their end. I called the company that deals with releasing my prescription, and they said that I am eligible to receive my medicine and that Walmart pharmacy should call them if they are still having trouble filling my prescription. I gave it about 24 hours before calling the pharmacy again. This time the representative was even more rude than the last one. I politely explained to them what I was told on the phone and I was told that it would be "too much work" and shortly after got hung up on. I understand that the system messing up is not the fault of the representatives, but there is no excuse for blatant rudeness and disrespect. I will most likely have to go without my medication this month as my prescription window closes in 2 days (I have spent the last 3 days calling the pharmacy and the other offices I needed to). I was needing paint for my house but mix the color I want. I go to where the paint is. They have a box that says need help press button. So I press button. Waited about 10 minutes because I understand if busy. Rang button again and waited and still no one shows, push button again and waited. Still no one shows up. It's been 30 minutes now. Well I wasn't able to get my paint at Richmond KY Walmart. No workers to help customers. If you ask someone oh they say that's not my department and that it they walk off. Well at least Lowes wanted my 120.00. that is not all employees have gotten really rude since they started doing the store pickup now. It's like black Friday trying to get your groceries with them employees. They act like it's all theirs and you can't have none. All the employees aren't like that but most are. I shop at this location and today u went in to shop and i have to use a riding cart because i had a mini stroke that affected my leg and cant walk or stand for a long period of time.so my cart quit working and set there for like 10 minutes before women employee came by and i ask her if she could help me get another cart so her reply was im off clock i have shopping to do her still with her walmart vest on and just walks off .Hold up u may be off clock but ur still representing walmart store and u dont have enough god about u help somone .then about 10 minutes later another walmart employee comes by and i ask her .she first shewed like she was made and said she didnt know how drive one said she told someone .no one never showed upover 10 minutes or longer.so her i am stuck so after 15 minutes or so her come a guy that said team lead and he help get to front where this wonderful lady cashier i don't rember her name and another guy employee name brandon made sure i got another cart to get to the car . read more

I hate this Walmart. I live in Richmond so it's unfortunate that I have to pop by this one sometimes. It's always crowded. I'm super claustrophobic and the check out line stations are lined up super close to each other. Almost one right after another front to back. I HATE going to one of the lines up front because it's inevitable you're ass to ass with the other check out line behind you and there is literally no room to move when all the lines are backed up. Definite pet peeve!!! A lot of the people are this Walmart are rude too, i know that's something Walmart can't control but i've been pushed into the freezer section when grabbing an ice cream out of it and that sort of thing. My last visit, i went to the jewelry counter to look at rings. I was going to get sized for a ring there. I waited and waited and waited. No one. No one even in the section at all. I seen several other people come by and wait as well, looking around for someone. No one showed up. Last week I needed a TV set to watch the Super Bowl -- I had to override my awareness that 95% of television content today is toxic to the spirit -- and realized that setting them up nowadays requires a Ph.D. in electronics and a master's in computer science so I asked the manager of Walmart if he would be able to help. He said that he would send two of his associates to be sure that the television set was properly installed. The two men, Mr. Tim Atwood and Mr. Sean Greene, followed me home, set up the Vizio TV, but it was not working properly, the picture was about 50% of the screen and fuzzy. They advised buying a HDL cable, which I did. The set still would not not turn on properly, requiring the use of two different remotes and a complicated algorithm. So I called the cable company who "fixed" Vizio's programming problem. I tried to tip Walmart's two men and they refused, saying that they'd be fired if they accepted a tip. So an A+ for customer service to Walmart, and a F- to Vizio for not including an HDL cable and programming guidelines for their TV set. First things first, it's Walmart. That being said, there are NEVER enough cashier's. Personally, I don't mind that because I prefer to use the self checkout and bag my own purchases (I'm OCD about how my stuff is bagged) but, I do hear a lot of people complaining about the cashier/register situation. I'm giving this location 3 stars because while I can generally always find what I'm looking for or needing, this store isn't always the cleanest and their zoning is always as though a tornado blew through the store. So for someone who isn't a regular shopper or who doesn't know the store layout/where things are they will have a difficult time finding what they need. Also, some of the workers are the RUDEST people I have ever come across in my life! Not all, but.. there's one in particular that works at the customer service desk - older lady, short black hair, wears glasses, her name is Betty. I'm sorry but, this woman needs to be fired. She's not fit to work with the public. I know people have bad days but this is everyday for her and I shop here at least 4 to 5 times a week. Avoid her at all costs! read more

I have been in this store several times in the years I have lived in this town, the past several times i have left my full shopping cart and walked out in disgust from the dirty conditions and the unfriendly staff. I would rather pay more to ensure the people actually making the goods get the money. For instance I have local people sew my clothes from fabric that I have picked out and it is just as cheap as this giant store and most of the money stays in my community. I sometimes used to drive an hour out of my way to go here bc the selection is better than london , in the last year or so that has changed . Not only is the selection crap but I think it's about the only place I can drop $100 & still be followed like I'm stealing - at first I thought I was just crazy , but then while putting my things in my vehicle a woman zoomed by me and rolled down her window and said " they was following you in there " - which also speaks volumes about what kind of customers they have as well . There's a CSM on day shift who's always on her phone, has her son in the store with her while she's on shift, and is very rude. I think her name is Andrea or something like that. Come on Walmart you can do better. I've witnessed her harassing former employees whom she doesn't like. Also, I was in there shopping and her son had broken a bunch of merchandise and no action was taken at all by anyone of above that woman. I really try my hardest to avoid this Walmart. Every single time I stop into this place which believe me is only when I'm forced and the items I need are not at another local retailer I'm near by, the lines are incredibly long. Doesn't matter the time of the day and it's especially bad late at night there are very few lanes open. The workers never really speak to you and act like it's a hassle if you need help from them. I brought a film in to be developed. Person at counter told me it would be ready Tuesday am. I returned tuesday@ 1pm only to be told , not there yet. Really !? Then I was told probably person who told me was training and not a regular . Needless to say wasn't impressed. The solution was to just keep stopping by store to check on film order. Not at all helpful, and with price of gas ... Well, wasn't a good answer. I will avoid Walmart as much as I can. I stopped here yesterday for a few items. There was a display of hamburger buns in the center of the isle. When I reached for a pack 3 shelves fell to the ground and on top of my leg. I found a member of management and told him what happened. He just said" Where?" He followed me down the isle. He never asked if I was OK or injured, no apology- even after I said I was not hurt if he cared to know He just sat the items back on the shelf and walked away. I found an assistant manager and explained what happened to her. When she put her hand on the shelf it began to fall again. Obviously, not the place youd expect to find quality service or merchandise, BUT I had 2 ridiculously horrible experiences here in 2 days time. went in to find some ammo for a new pistol id just bought so i asked the african american guy behind the counter who was staring intently at his phone if they had any in stock, without ever looking at me or the shelf he replies "i dont know man" and just stood there. So I asked again, same reply... so I got pretty irritated and got pretty rude (ive got 0 patience and I'm pretty hotheaded when i need to be) I said to him "why dont you get the f*** off facebook and do your job and look." he just sat there. so I left the counter to find a area manager and lo and behold there was noone in the store who knew where he was, so I left so that i wouldnt blow my top and cause too big of a scene. The next day i went in around 8pm to look for a holster for the same pistol, there was a young girl behind the counter who kept darting around in the sporting goods area, i figured she was just straightening shelves up and such so i left her alone for a bit. finally she seemed to take a small break so i went up to her and said "excuse me" she mustve not heard me as she darted off again, so i followed and said "excuse me" probably 4 more times, and finally she heard me right when she was talking to someone else (keep in mind im not a quiet person) i told her id like a holster out of the case and she said it would be a few minutes, (again 0 patience) i basically said the hell with it and left... the walmart corporation really needs to screen the people they hire a little better, seems like they just pull idiots off the street. I have been standing in line for 15 minutes at the customer service desk. There are three people working the desk and no one has left the line. This is crazy, now there is a 4th person here and no one has left the line. I would include the definition of customer service but it wouldn't help this place. Upon finding out that Walmart had changed their coupon policy, I called the corporate office to make sure it was legitimate. They sent me to a site where I could print a copy. I printed it and took it and my coupons to the Richmond Walmart. When I got to the checkout the cashier told me I couldn't use a certain kind of coupon even though CLEARLY in the new policy it stated that I could. Then a CSM was brought into it, and she said there was no way for me to get a copy of their coupon policy!! A manager finally came in and let me use the coupons, but the store manager didn't even know that the entire corporate coupon policy had been changed. It's a sad day when your customers know more about your policies than the management. read more

Auto center sucks!!!!! Went in for tire repair. They screwed up reinstalling the tire and pinched it. Tried to tell me it was flat and I drove it that way FUNNY because when I arrived at the store the tire was not flat. Go figure. read more
