Whether I need to get somewhere locally or an airport the driver is really punctual. Recently I had to go from Norfolk to Dulles airport and it was a last minute decision of mine and I had no idea how I would catch a last minute emergency flight, luckily I called up river city transportation and I was able to get to Dulles not only on time but way before to make sure I had all my things together for an emergency trip. I highly recommend this company!!

I have taken several tacky light tours in Richmond before and Love Limo was the best one yet…read more I called Love Limousine because the rest of the companies were sold out the night we planned on going. I was a little weary, because I had never heard of this company before. However, my expectations were exceeded. The day of the tour, our driver personally called and asked just a couple of questions. From there he was able to perfectly customize the experience perfect for us. Vern took us to about 3x as many houses than the I have been to before in the same amount of time. He was very friendly and he vehicle was very clean and nice. He provided everything we needed, he tidied up the limo at every stop, and even let us stop to use the restroom. I definitely recommend this company. And I can't wait to use them again next year for a tacky lights tour!

I went to the office, left a deposit, and gave all the details to the lady in person. On the day of the event, they showed up with a party bus instead of the limo we booked. When I called to ask what happened, the lady was very rude and claimed she never confirmed a limo and that they "don't rent limos for Quinceañeras." This made no sense because my family has used this company for years. I had a party bus for my own Quinceañera, and just three years ago they rented us a limo for my cousin's Quinceañera with no problem. Instead of fixing their mistake, they said they had nothing available, refused to take any responsibility, didn't offer a refund, and didn't even try to resolve the situation. It was unprofessional, stressful, and completely unacceptable for such an important event. I will not be using this company again and I do not recommend them.
