Due to work, I actually completely missed my first 2 appointments and was about 15 minutes late to another one. However, he was so nice about staying later than his usual hours to accommodate my schedule, and he rescheduled my appointments right away! As for the alterations, they were STUNNING! He really thought of every little detail. The wedding dress was a perfect fit, even if he had to alter it a second time because I lost more weight. The last minute alteration was within ONE WEEK! Simply amazing. He also added straps to help the dress hold up better, and he was super helpful about the bustling process. My bridesmaids had to facetime in for the bustling part, and he was VERY patient when they were easily sidetracked. In addition, the alterations were very reasonably priced compared to some other places in Pittsburgh. One place quoted me more than double the price and couldn't even guarantee that my dress would be finished on time! I scheduled a 30-minute time slot and was happy with how attentive she was. She allowed me to try a few different lengths, both what the pants would look like while standing and sitting and was very patient. The two-week turnaround was well worth it. I imagine you can pay more to expedite, but I was not in a hurry. For just under $30 per pair, great value in my opinion. I just picked up the jeans and they came out fantastic! They were completed on time and when I tried them on, they fit better than I was expecting. I will absolutely be coming here for future needs.

There was practically no fraying. I was expecting either narrow ladder or narrow zigzag stitching to join the edges with the repair looking like a thin scar in the fabric. Instead I got what you see here. The fabric is crushed and the threads are a rat's nest. I doubt this 'repair' can be repaired. My seamstress mom is rolling in her grave.
