I am extremely disappointed with this stay-and-train program. It was by far the most expensive dog…read moretraining option I found, and unfortunately my dog came home with little to no improvement. Honestly, I could have taken him to a basic puppy class and gotten better results for a fraction of the cost. What makes this even more frustrating is that the program included follow-up support--specifically an in-home training session and an additional training session to ensure everything was going well. I never received either of those services. I called multiple times trying to schedule, and no one ever returned my calls. Additionally, when I came to pick my dog up, they had a shock collar for me, which they had me pay a additional $200.00 for, since I never heard from them again I don't really know how to use it effectively with my dog. I have done my own research, but this is HIGHLY unprofessional. That level of poor communication is unacceptable, especially given how much I paid. When I entrusted them with my dog, I was very clear about my situation. I shared that I have PTSD from my military service and work as a first responder, and that having a well-behaved dog is important for me to feel confident taking him out in public. I put a lot of trust in this program, and they completely let me down. This experience was not only a financial disappointment but also a personal one. It has been almost a year now and never once have they reached out to see how my dog is doing or see if his training is going well at home- or deliver on the promise they made. I would not recommend this program to anyone looking for reliable, effective dog training or even basic customer support.

I cannot say enough good things about Shannon and Eddie…read more They saved our family dynamic - not even being dramatic. Two out of our 6 dogs were causing our family so much stress. When we introduced a brand new puppy into our dog pack, the problems started and kept escalating. Eventually, we started having full out dog fights between our dogs - which wasn't a thing before. It got to the point where it was "send the dogs to training or find them a new home." So I researched the top 3 dog trainers in our area. Triumph K9 training was the one and only business who took the time to call me. Another business emailed me generic info and I never heard back from the other. Pretty shortly after I submitted an inquiry request, I spoke with Shannon on the phone. A free consult was set up and her husband, Eddie, came out to our house. As soon as I met Eddie, I trusted him. I trusted him because my dogs (who are normally pretty protective) were calm around him. Although I didn't want to send my dogs away to training for 4 weeks, I knew they'd be in safe hands. They trained our dogs Shiner (7 yr old Lab/Dane mix) and Roxy (1 yr old Doberman/Dane mix) and they are BRAND NEW dogs. I'm not even kidding. I literally cannot thank them enough. I recommend them to anyone who's looking for a great trainer who is trustworthy and knows what they're doing. We are so thankful for all they've done for our family and the continued support they provide. They truly treat your pets like theirs! THANK YOU again to Shannon and Eddie!!!

They gave us hope with our dog Sonic and they are already training up our new little addition. Frenchies can be pretty headstrong and Eddie and Shannon have really worked their magic. They also provide a great home away from home for intensive training that I can tell my dogs miss when they come back home. It is not easy to find a good and knowledgeable trainer you can trust your faithful beloved companions with but Eddie and Shannon make it very easy - they are extremely trustworthy and are great communicators. They are like extended family.

Review I am super…read moresatisfied with the results of the training we received from Brodie with a Dobie!!!! At first glance, I thought my little Bernedoodle didn't need this much training....looking at his page I thought he only trained guard and/or service dogs..... my sweet little Dottie only needed basic obedience/manners. I quickly learned Brandon was just what she (and I) both needed. From evaluation to graduation he was the perfect mix of stern and gentle with us both to get the results we agreed I was looking for. From sit/stay to heel to loose leash walks to place and impulse control he made it easy and stress free for us.... I believe it was a lot easier for him to teach my Dottie to understand human than it was to teach me to speak dog... When my schedule unexpectedly got busy he was not only understanding but flexible enough to modify our plan from private lessons to board and train and we even had a stent where he had to board while I had to travel in order to not have a gap in her training program. Graduation was bitter sweet but I am comforted knowing we will meet again for different levels of training . Side note.....my daughter called me after her first visit after graduation and said.... For the first time EVER my Dottie did not jump all over her when she came in the door as if she didn't even know her any more..... Noooooo!!!!! she was just waiting for permission

He's a great dog and I wanted him to become my service dog. He's great with his service he provides I just need him to behave. Well Brandon worked his magic and now my boy walks calmly next to me with a loose lead, sits, lies down, stays, will leave food alone (even if it's in his face!)and will wait until he is called! It's amazing! Brandon is AMAZING! I was skeptical but He is a totally different dog now and a joy to have around! I definitely recommend Brandon for all your dog training needs! He's got the gift!

I kept in contact with Tricia and she kept saying that everything was fine and that she would send pictures. Well two weeks and $850 later and no pictures of my dog and my dog is now worse than when I dropped her off. I even asked about what kind of training, she assured me it was gentle with positive treats, well the only thing she did was get my dog hooked on cubed bits of turkey and drag her around by the "gentle lead" which my dog kept trying to get off the whole time we were there. I would never recommend this dog trainer to anyone!

This is an email I sent to this trainer, Trisha Fagan, and I have not recieved any type of reply…read more I feel very compelled to write to you and share our real feelings about your "training" with Rosco. First I want to share with you our uneasy feeling from the start and after each conversation on the phone at nite not feeling satisfied with your comment to our questions about what was done with Rosco that day, "stuff". We throughout the time you had him had discussions of coming to get him because neither one of us were at ease about him. The day we came to pick him up we were at that point excited because we felt like maybe he did get better training then we had thought, in hind site we both realize it was just a matter of sticking treats in his face that made him do that. There was absolutely no obedience training done at all, I had already taught him to sit and down and stay before I ever brought him there, there was no association with other dogs as we discussed with you constantly and so to sum it up , you took 950.00 dollars from us and we got NOTHING. We also should not have had to pay the vet bill because the reason he got sick was because you gave him canned food without asking us when we provided his food for you to give him. I am not sure how you sleep comfortable knowing you do this to people. It is really really wrong and we know of at least 5 of those days you had him nothing was done at all with him because of things that were going on with you.. We have now taken him to a real trainer and today we went to visit after only 2 days and there already is a total difference, he already is with other dogs and everything is already happening and this place actually gives a money back guarantee if the dog is not trained. We were shown the facilities and we were asked a 100 questions about Rosco and we got to ask a 100 questions and got everything answered. Which was so not what you did. I just want you to know that I think you do not have a good people skill and in turn obviously don't have a people to animal skill. I have tried to find positive things about you and your facility but unfortunately there are so many negative it overrides the positive. We are not rich people and we paid up front for you to do a service for us which was not done and that would not let me sleep at nite to treat people that way.. In all due fairness I would like to see you offer something back to us.. Patti & Penny

I wanted a personal protection dog that's not only obedient, but good with kids and family. A trained dog that can go anywhere with me. Wether it's a car ride, hiking, swimming or maybe go to the mall. I wanted a dog that can do many tricks and impress my friends and family while protecting us anywhere we go. I started researching online and discovered that such a dog can cost anywhere from $50k to a $120k (not kidding). Not willing to spend this kind of money, I decided to go a different route. I started my search for a good working lines German shepherd dog breeder and found one locally. I got my pup around 8 weeks old and wanted to find a good dog trainer right away. After countless days of speaking to different trainers, I came across Nick through Facebook and decided to give him a try. From the moment I spoke to Nick, I knew that he was a great fit for Apollo. He explained to me that this is a project dog and cannot be completed overnight and will require different courses throughout my puppy's development which I happily agreed to. I sent Apollo in for the very first time at 3 months old for his first 2 weeks program. It made a huge difference. I couldn't believe that it was the same dog. Apollo was crate trained, obedient and was able to learn more than 7 commands in German. Apollo is 7 months old now and I just dropped him off to Nick for another 2 weeks. I can't wait to see what my pup can learn this time! It's really hard to find a dog trainer that can handle Apollo's level of energy. I will not let anyone touch Apollo but Nick.
