It was a lot of blood, so much so that she drove in to see what had happened. *My dog has never had a nosebleed before. The young lady working the front desk really needs some training on customer service. She gave my wife incorrect information during drop off. When we picked our dog up and were asking for an explanation to why she told us what she did and why there was soo much blood during her bath. The girl just kept staring blankly at her computer. One of the other employees at the front desk read what the manager who had left for the day had written. . So much for the healthy pet guarantee. We have an appointment with our vet to have her checked out. The only positive takeaway would be the intake employees. They have always been kind and I feel they really care about the animals.

After spending two weeks with Pawsitive Care, and then doing day training with them for a week, she has improved so much! She's learned to walk on her leash and stay beside me waiting for me to let her know when to walk or stop, she can literally shake off her anxiety when she gets too keyed up, and she's learned to stop jumping and sit to wait for pets instead of climbing all over you. Ashley was amazing and offered advice and help even when the training period was over. Definitely recommend - my dog loved it there and it's made her (and our house) so much happier!

Payed for xray making sure lungs were clear was to good to go. Thursday and Friday began to notice a dark discharge from right nostril , I kept doing the saline drops by Saturday the dark discharge was now on her left nostril , Sunday she stop eating , Was planning to take her in on monday. She did not make it. They mention an antibiotic at first and change to the saline . Just wondering if they had been more agg with the discharge they brought to my attention during the ck up. They chose to error On the side of caution, if I remember correctly she said it was sinus drainage. I canceled all of my future appointment's .

I went to pick up my Barnabus and it took 2 hours to get him. I guess they were trying to make sure he was coming out of the anesthesia. He was so out of it when they Loaded him in the car. took him home, got him settled and as comfy as I could. he died to hours later. he stopped breathing. Unfortunately, an incident in April 2024 changed my comfort level with bringing them back. When I picked up my dogs that day, they were brought out and loaded into my car as usual, and no one mentioned that anything had happened. After I had left and was already driving home on the freeway, I received a call telling me that one of my dogs had been injured and had a cut/scrape on his torso. I was told that if veterinary care was needed, I could let them know about reimbursement, which I appreciated. When I got home, I found a significant scrape about the size of a nickel where all of his hair was gone. Because our vet was about to close, I did a video consultation, and they felt it appeared consistent with a scrape that may have occurred during play. I completely understand that dogs play and accidents can happen in daycare. My concern was how the incident was communicated. I would have expected to be contacted when my dog was injured, or at the very least to have been told directly when I picked him up--not after he had already been placed in my car and I was driving home. We never returned after that incident. About six months later, after continuing to receive daycare emails, I contacted ABC and explained that we had not returned since the incident and asked to be removed from their mailing list. I did not receive a response. I waited a long time before writing this review because I don't take leaving a negative review lightly. As a dog owner, communication and trust are extremely important to me when someone else is caring for my pets. The injury itself was not what ultimately caused us to leave; it was the way the incident was handled and the lack of follow-up afterward.

She came to our house to meet all the babies on 2 separate occasions prior to the actual start of pet sitting. She recommended staying with our crew as easier on them (and her), and it was a fantastic idea. She sent us pictures and videos of everyone and communicated what the babies were up to daily while we were away. We did not worry AT ALL while we were gone. The peace of mind was priceless.
