Our three dogs boarded at The Canine Castle for 5 days. Our two greyhounds had never been boarded before and we were nervous. Additionally, all three dogs are older and we had concerns with play being too rough. The Canine Castle made sure to introduce them slowly to other pups and monitor their interactions so ensure a successful stay. Judging from the daily photos, they all had a lot of fun! Staff is awesome, carefully explaining their procedures, asking questions about the dogs and their normal routines, etc - and they are so organized! I have used Canine Castle to care for my dogs for a few years, and the first experiences were positive. On the most recent trip my dog was given what I was told a bath, but based on her aroma, apparent lack of brushing and nail trimming I disagreed. Upon arrival home I noticed my dog had inner and outer ear irritation that a few days later I noticed had spread. After treating her ear, the symptoms remained and we took her to the vet. I'm now stuck with a vet bill for several hundred dollars because canine castle refused to offer anything aside from a bath. I was assured by the owner that there were no issues, as she inspected my dog herself; however, was unable to correctly identify her gender. I now have a sad scared dog with no explanation or financial recuperation. I do not recommend canine castle anymore. read more

I sent my dog for boarding and Canine Castle for the first time and feel like we were given the 5 STAR treatment the entire time. My 9-month Great Dane went here for their overnight boarding services (4 nights) and was treated like royalty by the great staff/management at the castle. Their operations are perfected so that there are never errors, and I was always informed of my dogs interactions. Bleux is a 9-month large dog (95lbs and growing, Great Dane) and sometimes doesn't realize her size. I was worried about how she would do with other dogs and people (she thinks she is a lap dog and likes to jump). Those concerns turned out to be total non-issues. The boarding theories that Canine Castle employs truly demonstrated a "cage free" environment can be managed with a pack of dogs. There is enough space and beds provided that dogs can disconnect and take healthy breaks. Canine Castle meticulously carries out instructions, whether it is feeding schedules throughout the day, pick-up/drop-off times and procedures, or accommodating certain special requests. Bleux returned happy, well cared for, and exhausted from all the flag-football she played. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Canine Castle to my dog owner. read more

I have two dogs that I've boarded a few times somewhere else (not going to blast them here), as well as doggy daycare. I was absolutely unimpressed with there so I looked for somewhere better. Came across Canine Castle on a FB post, saw the great reviews, and decided to give them a try. All I can say is WOW. All of their staff is so wonderful with customers as well as the dogs. My dogs were SO HAPPY here from the moment I dropped them off. One is notorious for trying to stick with me, when I dropped them off she actually left me to go explore. My dogs will be back in 2 weeks, and any additional trips they will be my first call. read more

We took our dog Nick here and it was by far the best experience we could have ever imagined! He absolutely loved being here. We really enjoyed being able to see him on their FB page. It brought comfort to us being able to see Nick playing and having the time of his life with the other dogs at Canine Castle. The facility is super clean and the animals all look healthy and happy. 10 out of 10 recommend you use these folks! Such an amazing experience, Nick will definitely be back! It's always hard leaving him while we travel for work but canine castle has made it where we are all less anxious about leaving our baby boy. read more

They refused to refund my deposit for medical reason cancellation saying that it was during a holiday when it wasn't my dog was scheduled to be picked up Friday morning before the holiday that was on Tuesday of the following week. read more

When it comes to boarding I was very nervous about leaving my fur baby in the hands of another person. I will say all directions were followed when it came to feeding her and taking care of her. Pictures were posted of her along with updates and they really care about the safety of the dogs. Would recommend boarding here. read more

I dropped my 2 dogs off for a long weekend. The bigger one had a great time but did not get the treatment I requested. I asked for grooming or at least brushing & she came home so dirty & matted we had to get her shaved. They seemed to be a good place with all the outdoor activity but sometimes enough is enough. I tried to get my smaller dog in another time but their website sucks & their online reservation system is even worse. I waited for over a week to get an answer on my reservation request & made several unanswered phone calls & emails only to find out the room I requested wasn't available BUT they offered me a more expensive one. To top it off, all of my original reservation request details had been deleted. The form has every single item a required field to complete so it takes a long time. The app they use sends you to a strange place for employees to log in. If you're going to have a website, please get into the 2020's!!! read more
