I first reached out in December when I noticed the $70 in extra charges. Adding $50 for the SEWER, WITHOUT NOTICE is wrong. Almost $20 a month for trash with NO NOTICE is also wrong. The reviews are really telling. Charging tenants after they leave, even though they clean and prep the house, ZERO communication on issues like mine, etc. Will I hear from anyone?
