In fact, he was my manager and mentor, so I knew the knowledge, competence, and energy he would bring when I was ready to buy my first house. And when I went to open houses and told other agents that I was working with Terry, I heard nothing but positive feedback: "You're working with Downtown Terry Brown? Lucky!" I agree! Terry was the perfect agent for me. He always responds right away, he notices small details, and he's well-connected. He quickly gained a sense of what I wanted, and also understood when I changed my mind about certain things. He also has a lot of practical points and creative ideas that helped me visualize living in the spaces we visited. He's patient and easy to talk to, and he has a great sense of humor.
