Upon waiting a day I called and asked about it and they told me the work order was never put in so they had to hurry and rush it in. After that the repair was done quickly and I was happy with the quality of work. The guys inside the shop did great. The only issue was after the work was done they charged me 23 dollars for the flat repair. I have no issue paying this for the service provided, but I was under the impression that it was complimentary.

New tires were dangerously under-inflated, all four had less than 35lbs. Les Schwab returned this vehicle to me in an unsafe and unroadworthy condition. All four tires being this low while towing a trailer could have led to a catastrophic equipment failure and accident. Under-inflating tires causes premature tread wear and early tire failure. No amount of explanation is going to overcome this complete failure of quality in service from this location.

A quick phone call and 20 min later, Alex from Les Schwab comes with a brand new tire. Replaced the tire and checks all the other tires on the freeway and gets us back on the road.
