Had a tire blow out on my Tent Trailer heading out camping. They didn't have the correct tire size but called around and found someone who did. I ran out and bought them at a place that did not install tires. I brought them back to the Tire Factory and they put the tires on my trailer and charged me nothing for the work. On Thursday, May 23rd, I was hooked up to my toyhauler, loaded and ready to head out for a long weekend. It was discovered that one of my trailer tires had separated. I pulled into their yard just as they opened. I very pleasant attendant immediately came out to see if he could help. I decided on 4 new tires, in about an hour I was back on the road and only out of pocket $500. I am very pleased with their customer service and a great value. Fast and efficient! Blew a rear tire on 395 about 12 miles North of Pasco. Road service truck came out and put spare on in a timely manner. Turns out most other tires were junk so followed him in to the store on 4th Ave where they stayed past closing to mount 4 new tires on the motorhome. Great service ! read more

Wow! What can I say... On our way from Portland to Red Lodge Montana, our 30' motor home had a rear tire blow out. Didn't even feel it.. luckily a passing motorist flagged us and pantomimed a "tire explosion." We pulled over in Lind, WA a little after 6:15pm... wouldn't you know it... ALL the tire shops from Tri-Cities to Spokane were all closed for the night and NONE of them were open the following day. We were gonna spend two nights in a freaking parking lot in a gas station/truck stop in Lind.... Enter Mike from Pasco Tire Factory!!! I called a bunch of after hours numbers and nobody answered. I got to the Pasco Tire Factory number next... it rang quite a few times so I just gave up. That was probably around 7pm. Seconds later I get a phone call from a number I didn't recognize... "Hey, did you call us?" Me: Is this the Tire Factory? Mike: Sure is, boss, what can I help you out with? Needless to say... Mike hightailed it from wherever he was back to the shop to get a work truck and check on inventory for a tire replacement. He found a new tire in our size, called me back to confirm, and jetted over to us an hour away. He somehow got a very angry air compressor on the back of his truck to work (it didn't want to start but Mike was able to put some stank on it and get it going). Once the compressor was live, Mike got to work. Does this guy ever walk? Nope. He sprinted all around the RV, checking tires, jacking this up, lowering that down... and got us all taken care of. He spent a few extra minutes teaching me how to read the tire codes so I would know manufacture dates and what types of wear and tear indicators to look for. Turns out I had 6 - 7 year old tires on a 30' motorhome, allof which showed teeny tiny fractures and tears... not so good. He did find one good tire (in addition to the new one he replaced). He suggested I not continue to Montana on the set of tires remaining, but said it should be okay to make it back to Portland as long as I watched the speed, the road temperature, and monitored the tire pressure. He suggested I replace the remaining older tires once I'm back in Portland. Needless to say, he didn't try to upsell me anything and I was extremely happy with how friendly and professional he was. I realized that driving another 600+ miles to Montana on the remaining set of crappy tires was out of the question. I asked Mike about maybe purchasing some more tires from him so I could keep my wife and daughter safe on the road. Mike offered to come in on SUNDAY (his day off!) and set me up with the rest of my needs, if I wanted. He drove back to the shop, and hour away, double checked on inventory, and called me back around midnight (I asked that he call me back the same night). Mike made a special trip back to the shop the next day on Sunday to meet me. He set up me up with a set of tires (to match the new one from the night before) and sent us on our way. There was no sales pressure, no imminent threat of disaster... just pure customer service. Probably the best customer care I've received in recent memory. Took my truck here because my tires randomly wobbled at high speeds. They rotated my tires for free (comes with buying tires from any Tire Factory) and said my wobble was because I needed a new track bar put in. Quoted me $500. I made an appointment and came back in. They were able to just replace the bearing but kept the track bar so my bill at the end of it was only like $200!!! I was not only happy that it was below quote, I was happy that they didn't replace more unnecessary parts they didn't need to! I wouldn't have known any better! This place is trustworthy, I'm wobble free and I will bring my vehicles here if needed in the future! read more

The thing that caught my eye was the fact that the staff here took me seriously. Similar establishments are notorious for patronizing and potentially even scamming young women like me. Here at Pasco's Tire Factory, I recieved excellent and friendly service. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that everything was taken care of. I also love that they actually follow through with their tire guarantees, rather than coming up with some excuse as to why you need to pay more money.
