The car had under 500 miles on it and was in pristine condition when I dropped it off. When I got the car back, it had serious damage that did not exist before. The center lock nut and seat were damaged beyond repair, leaving me with over $6,250 in repair costs to correct the damage caused while the vehicle was in their care. Initially, the owner acknowledged there was an issue and told me he would cover the repair costs after he caught his employee lying about what happened. However, the moment he saw the actual repair bill, his attitude completely changed. Instead of honoring what he said, he became rude, dismissive, and started changing his story multiple times. Rather than taking responsibility for damage done to a customer's vehicle, he chose to argue, deflect blame, and lecture me about business, which was both unprofessional and insulting. The conversation quickly turned into excuses and contradictions. It became clear that customer accountability and honesty are not priorities here. For a business entrusted with people's vehicles--especially high-value vehicles--this kind of behavior is unacceptable. If a shop makes a mistake, the professional thing to do is stand behind the work and make it right. That did not happen here. What should have been a quick and simple wheel repair turned into thousands of dollars in damage and a frustrating experience dealing with a business owner who repeatedly changed his story. As a member of the Porsche Club of America, I will absolutely be sharing this experience with other enthusiasts so they can make informed decisions about where they trust their vehicles. If you care about your car, especially a high-end or specialty vehicle, I strongly recommend taking it somewhere else.

I was honestly skeptical that repair was even possible, but when I saw the finished product I was blown away. The wheels look better than showroom condition -- you'd never know they were ever damaged. Even more impressive was their customer service. The repair took a little longer than expected, and without me even asking they significantly reduced the bill to make up for the inconvenience. That kind of integrity is rare. The guy didn't bother to measure threads on other tires which is essential for a 4WD vehicle. Fortunately, I am an automotive professional myself so I did it prior to bringing the truck to them. When I mentioned it to him, his face said "blah blah blah". Next, he overtightened lug nuts, and if it was not for another guy... How hard is it to check torque specs?!? If it were some kind of a ford or bmw, he would've damaged rotors, and if it were a chrysler, he would've stripped studs. And finally, they charged $50 for mounting and balancing ONE tire. How screwed up is that?!?

I purchased some snow tires from here and had them installed on loose wheels. When I got home and was unloading the tires, I noticed a few of the tires were missing studs (a manufacturer error) and one of the valve stems wasn't replaced. I gave them a call and they had me bring the tires back and they changed the valve stem and added the missing studs for no additional charge. I think they also gave me a quote for the wrong sized lug nuts (my truck needs 9/16"-18 and they quoted me 14x1.5. Usually standard and metric thread pitches are different. All the research I've done online says the 14x1.5 won't fit my lug studs). Overall though, pretty happy with the service I've experienced here.
