Their prices may be a little higher but the convenience factor far outweighs the additionally cost. I was helped immediately by an awesome employee, and he directed me to the exact section that had closet brackets, and then he directed me to where the small screws were located. I was surprised to see their extensive paint section, and they even have Christmas gear already on display. I really do appreciate the personalized attention from the folks who work here.

I then tried to purchase something else on that store credit and wasn't able to because apparently the name attached to my gift card was incorrect and you need to verify All gift card purchases with your ID. I approached customer service to tell them to update my name so it's correct- they told me that they're unable to do that- after they screwed it up ten minutes ago. When I voice concerns about being unable to use the gift card online, the employee told me that I wasn't able to use gift cards online which actually seems like she just lied to me.
