Jeff and Jim have always been overly communicative, never do any work that they don't talk to you and get your approval first, and their team does great work. The pricing is very fair. They will even give a new car a full inspection and give you honest feedback. We had a family member buy a car from Carvana that had some issues that were covered under warranty. CD Jr dealt with the third party completely and updated us every step of the way.
