Recommended by ABC Appliance to install our dryer for $150. And take care of "everything". The highlight of the interaction with Coming Attractions was Sabrina who politely and professionally coordinated our appointment. However, Not experienced. Not informed. Not professional. Not qualified. Not satisfied. Raymond the service man was polite. However informed me that they provide zero parts. Said the existing sheet metal venting would not work, even though it has for 31 years. Therefore, I got involved and demonstrated how to do it. He got it close but screwed it together a little off alignment. Next. Attached the gas line. I requested that we test it. It leaked! Raymond said the flex hose was faulty. I went to our local hardware plumbing specialist who explained that the yellow flex tube last forever. However, recommended purchasing a nipple that is required for the pipe on the back of the dryer attachment. Raymond did not know anything about this. His partner sat it their van with the engine running and A/C on the entire time. They left without saying a word when I was gone for 10 minutes. Coming Attractions is the 3rd party delivery and installer for ABC Warehouse. The 2 installers were professional and courteous. My salesperson at ABC communicated what I purchased and even sent the owner the installation video for the TV cart I purchased elsewhere for the TV and soundbar to be installed in. Here's what went wrong: 1) I received 2 text messages the day of delivery with two different delivery timeframes. 2) The person who called to confirm my delivery said they knew nothing about a soundbar. 3) There was no communication in advance about the forms of payment they accept. 4) They were supposed to haul away my old TV but said they didn't know anything about that and did not take it.. 5) The installers were not informed of why type of TV and soundbar were to be installed and did not have experience installing either. They also did not receive the video my salesman sent the owner. As a result it took almost 2 hours. Bottomline, this was not the level of service expected given the price tag of the items purchased. Do not bother having this so called "company", keeping an installation appointment with you, through ABC warehouse. My appointment was scheduled for yesterday between 2-4 pm. About 3:15 I called to see if the tech was still coming. I was told the tech was running 1 hour behind and would be at my home probably between 5-5:30. Still no tech. I had to keep calling back and eventually my calls with different excuses were not picked up. By 7 pm there was the excuse such as they couldn't pick up my appliance . My day was ruined!!!Mr. Guyton , in my opinion, is not a person you want to talk with . He got loud , offensive and defensive with me. I understand running an hour over with a previous customer , but the excuses went too far. I looked up their website and reviews and decided that I definitely would Not do business with this company , thus the name" Coming Attractions ". No way. Take a chance if You want to. I won't! This company is the worst they did not clean up behind themselves and did not complete the job and charge more than what they originally stated. I had to have a painter to fix my walls. I was told by Coming Attractions that my home theatre would be epic. It was an EPIC failure. I had to have a new contractor come in to re-do the work completed by Coming Attractions. The issues: 1. The theatre was supposed to be designed to fit nine chairs. Days before "completion" it was determined that nine chairs would not fit. This is a fundamental design flaw. 2. There was a concession stand built that had multiple flaws. The countertop of the concession stand was not flush to the wall and had poor molding. 3. The interior of the concession stand had exposed nails and the backboard had an exposed concrete wall. 4. The shelves of the concession stand were made of pine and not properly sanded. 5. We paid additional money to have the concession stand stained a gray wood color. Overall, it was a poor paint job. The interior of the drawers were half painted and other areas of the concession stand were painted poorly as well. 6. The drawers of the concession stand were uneven and not flush. 7. The carpet was cut too short on the entryway of the theatre room. 8. When we tore down the room to start over, the wall was half insulated. There were many other issues that have not been noted. I will say the sound in the theatre room was superb. However, if you are looking for anything other than sound, I do not recommend Coming Attractions, LLC. read more

Work completed seems to be good quality. I am a repeat customer. I used him to install my TV's at my old house 70 inch and 55 inch mounts hdmi cords everything 400.00 ok used him to take down TV'S when I moved 200.00 ok so called him to install my 65 inch and 32 inch in my new condo asked him about a discount prior to my appointment he said he would take care of me. Work got done price 550.00 claims tv he gave me a break and that the tv mounts were 150.00 I am no genius but I can look up stuff to see how much it costs anyway pure sticker shock I paid it, but beware make sure you get your pricing in writing prior to appointment he can not be trusted. But he does have some kind of deal going on with certain sales agents at abc warehouse. SMH shady.... read more

3 weeks out and the job still isn't done. Mike the owner had a team of guys build a gazebo for us in the back with a tv and speakers included. The gazebo was poorly built. Nails in plain sight hanging on the side of multiple walls. My children can easily run into the nails that were 3 inches out. Not to mention Mike had contractors in and out of my home that weren't very professional. A man building the gazebo outside my house on the back patio had asked me questions about wood not being leveled. Come to my surprise he turned around and had his hoodie lifted up, tucked in plain sight was a gun. My kids were in the backyard and I had my two year old on my hip while he had his gun in my home where my children were no more than 10 ft away. Mike also hired a electrician to assist with the job, he added two electrical outlets to our gazebo. I will post photos of the hack job. Nails hanging once again. Comsemtics of the gazebo and electrical job was poorly done.It's like these guys had blind folds on. The job was the patio gazebo along with tv and speakers. It's hard to enjoy when you can see the flaws that were left behind after 10k was spent. I could never endorse or recommend Coming Attractions LLC to anyone. Job was incomplete and nothing was done. They came to my home to install a TV and hide the cords they drilled 4 holes throughout the entire process and damaged drywall and not to mention drilling through a drain pipe that now has caused water damage and mold. This company is tops in my book! It takes a WHOLE lot for me to give any business five stars, but they deserve it. They did a fantastic job setting up my television and Ring Door Bell. I'm not technologically savvy and appreciated the time they took to explain everything to me. Over the years I have had countless companies do work in my home & always plan on spending time cleaning up after they leave. It's hard to find quality service in such a niche market. You could very easily find a "handyman" to hang a tv on your wall, but the difference with Coming Attractions is that the prove to truly be experts in theater installation. They quickly and professionally hung my television, installed my wall speakers, hid my wires, and even offered suggestions for relocating my devices in a storage cabinet near my basement man cave. I adamantly would NEVER engage this company do any work in my home ever again, and I certainly wouldn't recommend their services to anyone else. I purchased a full motion TV mount from ABC Warehouse and the salesperson suggested Coming Attractions LLC to do the mount install. Of course, he mentioned they were the best. Perhaps, ABC gets a percentage or a monthly fee for the plug in addition to providing their business card. I followed through on the salesman recommendation and scheduled a visit for the company to come to my home to assess the job. The owner, Charles Guyton (sp?) came to my home and told me he could mount the TV in my kitchen. I also asked him to take a look at the TV in the bedroom which was already mounted. I wanted the power cords concealed. He looked at the job and said he could run the cords through the wall which would be aesthetically pleasing. He said that there would be an additional charge. However, I expressed that since he was already going to be collecting a large sum for the TV mount installation in the kitchen, if he would include it in the package given the simplicity of the job, i.e., drilling a small hole and dropping the cord behind the wall (his words). He agreed. Later that evening his son called to schedule a time for the installation. We agreed upon a time of 7:30am. During the actual day of the installation I received a call at 6:48am from the installer informing me that he was in the driveway to conduct the job. I was totally off center as I informed him that I was not expecting him until 7:30am. He communicated that he was told 7:00am. That should have raised a flag as it went downhill from there. The installer inadvertently gashed the freshly painted wall in the kitchen (which will have to be touched-up). Had I not saw this he was not going to mention this mishap. Subsequently, when the installer proceeded to do the job in the bedroom he looked at the cords and he told me that my two HDMI cords were not long enough and that he had two 10 ft. cords in the truck at a cost of $50 per cord. I asked that he call his boss. I spoke with Charles, the owner and he said that when he looked at the job he did not look at the cords. HELLO wasn't that the purpose of the visit prior to doing the job to determine materials needed, etc. It was concluded that this was the very reason he so anxiously agreed to include the job in the original payment package possibly covertly aware that I would need to purchase longer cords to Coming Attractions benefit. Incidentally, when companies provide a service there is normally a follow-up courtesy call to ensure they have a satisfied customer. Needless to say this did not occur. Understandably, companies are in business to profit, however, it should not be pursuant in this manner. read more

First appointment to mount tv: Forgot to bring equipment, they had to go get it. Then during installation they drilled a hole all the way through my wall into the next room. Second appointment (to fix wall): No-showed. Third appointment: Arrived two hours late and then actually admitted it was due to being up late watching a ball game the night before. Didn't have materials to fix wall. Claimed he'd send someone to fix wall, but that didn't happen. Finally left cash in my mailbox to pay for me to get someone else to fix the wall.
