Trash and drywall left on the floor.

This company is the worst they did not clean up behind themselves and did not complete the job and charge more than what they originally stated. I had to have a painter to fix my walls. The owner was the worst. Buyer beware they talk a good game but can't back it up. They do not deserve a star!! Call someone else!!

Insulation half done.

I was told by Coming Attractions that my home theatre would be epic. It was an EPIC failure. I had to have a new contractor come in to re-do the work completed by Coming Attractions. The issues: 1. The theatre was supposed to be designed to fit nine chairs. Days before "completion" it was determined that nine chairs would not fit. This is a fundamental design flaw. 2. There was a concession stand built that had multiple flaws. The countertop of the concession stand was not flush to the wall and had poor molding. 3. The interior of the concession stand had exposed nails and the backboard had an exposed concrete wall. 4. The shelves of the concession stand were made of pine and not properly sanded. 5. We paid additional money to have the concession stand stained a gray wood color. Overall, it was a poor paint job. The interior of the drawers were half painted and other areas of the concession stand were painted poorly as well. 6. The drawers of the concession stand were uneven and not flush. 7. The carpet was cut too short on the entryway of the theatre room. 8. When we tore down the room to start over, the wall was half insulated. There were many other issues that have not been noted. I will say the sound in the theatre room was superb. However, if you are looking for anything other than sound, I do not recommend Coming Attractions, LLC.

Home theater, they have an awesome service and 100% professional, and they are really knowledgable about the technology

Awesome people to work with and very professional, does a wonderful job and neat, would recommend them to my friend and family

3 weeks out and the job still isn't done. Mike the owner had a team of guys build a gazebo for us in the back with a tv and speakers included. The gazebo was poorly built. Nails in plain sight hanging on the side of multiple walls. My children can easily run into the nails that were 3 inches out. Not to mention Mike had contractors in and out of my home that weren't very professional. A man building the gazebo outside my house on the back patio had asked me questions about wood not being leveled. Come to my surprise he turned around and had his hoodie lifted up, tucked in plain sight was a gun. My kids were in the backyard and I had my two year old on my hip while he had his gun in my home where my children were no more than 10 ft away. Mike also hired a electrician to assist with the job, he added two electrical outlets to our gazebo. I will post photos of the hack job. Nails hanging once again. Comsemtics of the gazebo and electrical job was poorly done. It's like these guys had blind folds on. The job was the patio gazebo along with tv and speakers. It's hard to enjoy when you can see the flaws that were left behind after 10k was spent. I could never endorse or recommend Coming Attractions LLC to anyone. Job was incomplete and nothing was done. My concerns were pushed under the rug. Instead I was asked if I was happy with the tv and sound system only. Mike left us hanging, wish he wasn't just collecting our money and actually listening to the clients wants and concerns

Paragon Sight & Sound

I purchased a pair of certified pre-owned Wilson Sasha speakers from Paragon. They were…read moremeticulously packed and shipped out to my home. Richard came out for professional setup. He was extremely knowledgeable and took his time to achieve the best possible sound in my room. I was floored at how much better the speakers sounded after his consultation. Soundstage is much wider and the bass energy more controlled. Time alignment of highs was improved after he recommended the taller spikes for the upper module. Listening now with a glass of scotch and a big smile on my face.

The venerable brand that brought hippies the sound and soundtracks of their lives (possibly unknowingly) was in fact the driving force behind the Grateful Dead's famous "Wall of Sound." Paragon is a classic (as in 1980s heyday) high-end audio shop. At best a place to drop dukets and at worst, a total men's club (events with elegant scotch, bourbon, wine and cigars). Over the past 10-years or so I've seen the store expand and its fleet of delivery and service vehicles grow. Just spent $70K on a McIntosh home entertainment center? They'll install, balance and dial it in for you. I do not know if they have a service shop but I know from talking to techs in California that this brand seldom needs repairs. Our recent visit was a gathering of like-minded friends with a long history of audiophile (and record collecting) tendencies. We arrived in the last hour or so of their standard work day and were greeted immediately. Our primary interest was listening to the new McIntosh integrated hybrid amplifier ($3500.00) through their demo setups (several rooms with all their high-end brands and speakers). We also got to audition a number of top dollar headphones. One cool thing was they let us rock out (behind closed doors) to just about anything we wanted to hear! One tip, ask about any open boxed specials, factory refurbished deals and possible hookups for like new gear. In this expensive hobby there's always someone with 'upgradeitus' and those looking for low-hanging fruit can sometimes benefit.

ITW Electrical Contractors

ITW Electrical Contractors

Hold on to your grounders, because this story is sure to shock!…read more My husband and I have been working with ITW since we bought our home in March of this year and it has been a fantastic experience! ITW has gone above and beyond our wildest expectations and totally transformed the electric in our 110-year-old home! We called ITW due to the electric constantly short circuiting in the entire home, which was due to corrosion of the electrical panel. Also, the existing knob and tube wiring was failing. It was a complete mess, but JT expertly designed a scalable electrical masterpiece. We now have new electrical panels installed and the fun part can begin: rewiring! In light of the electric overhaul that we were undertaking, we decided to have the electric lines buried underground. ITW expertly spearheaded all communication with DTE, inspections and documentation for underground burial. We did not have to worry about a thing! I would be remiss if I did not take the time to recognize and send a very special thank you to JT. He has been absolutely phenomenal during this whole experience. JT has even come out on a holiday to ensure the job was done! Now if that is not dedication, I do not know what is! He has been an absolute godsend and due to his efforts the electrical process has been seamless. We are thoroughly looking forward to continuing our relationship with ITW. If you are looking for an electrician that is dependable, cares about the quality of their work and exudes outstanding customer service, then look no further. No, really your search has ended. Pick up the phone and call and prepare yourself for shock and awe!
