We bought a beautiful dresser three years ago for ~$1000. It had everything we wanted in our price range, enough drawers for both of us, gorgeous details on the outside, that millennial grey color that we love, no complaints. Amazing service at the store. Within a few months, one of the handles snapped off one of my drawers. Then another. Nbd, someone is giving away really good drawer pulls in my local Buy Nothing group. Problem solved. Fast forward about a year, my bottom drawer breaks on the frame. No problem, I pick up a few wood screws from a friend and repair it myself. Now, about a year later, the front panel on one of the smaller drawers has come completely off on the left side, and I can't repair it. Over the three years we've had this dresser, it has slowly been breaking down in new and frustrating ways. And though the folks who work at Nadeau are really friendly people, that "all sales final rule" can and will bite you in the butt. But hey if I ever want to become an Airbnb landlord who pays as little money as possible for instagram-pleasing furnishings, this is the place. Edit- I lived in NYC when I created my yelp account over ten years ago. I never bothered to change my location until now (probably because I didn't know that was a thing!) Nadeau messaged me saying no one from the store recalls ever speaking with me- my husband called Nadeau about the drawers. Seeing as it was several months ago that he called, and his name isn't Holly, I wouldn't expect anyone to remember the call! As I said, the person was very nice, but told us that all sales are final, and that's fine! I have nothing against the quality service of the store, my problem is with the quality of the furniture.

We were shopping for a new dinning room and had quotes from at least 6-7 different stores and Ana's was able to beat their prices significantly-close to 30 percent. They also delivered it and put it together for a very low fee. The manufacturer sent over 2 wrong chairs but once Ana's received them they delivered it separately. Overall great experience.

Darvin, Roomplace, Bed Kings, Decorium, Ikea, Ashley.. etc. After comparing beds and prices, I narrowed down to a bed made by Coaster (nice solid furniture) and found the average price around town and websites to be about 500-600 with a nice Sealy pillowtop mattress included. The bed itself was selling for $350-$400. I went into Ana's Furniture in Wicker Park after walking around to other local furniture places up the block and noticed they do carry a few models, but mostly order from catalogs. I found the exact bed I was searching for and a comparable mattress all for $380 out the door, taxes and delivery included.I was stunned! I dont know how they manage, but they seem to undercut everyone in the Chicago area I went to in terms of Home line and Coaster furniture. I will def be heading there again to furnish my other rooms! Great Service, best prices for sure!

The showroom has a good amount of items to consider but know that there are also catalogs with tons of other choices if you don't see what you want. Most items get ordered from Poland so be prepared to wait 8-12 weeks in some cases. There are lots of different levels of quality and price points - that said, I thought prices were pretty reasonable. One thing I especially liked is that their items do not contain added chemical flame retardants - it's not required in Europe and the chemical off gassing is bad for you (trust me on this one, I work in the industry). Anyway, the staff here is super nice and not pushy at all. If you have a minute, let them explain/show you features that night not be apparent at first glance. A lot of items have hidden storage, sleepers or adjust in ways that typical American furniture doesn't. We're considering a bedroom set up from them and I seriously covet one if the rugs they have. We needed a bigger couch and I was dreading the purchase. I hopped online to do some research, and this brand popped up. I couldn't find much other info online so I made a call to visit the showroom. Victor met my husband and I and proceeded to blow us away with the presentation of the Cloods sofa system. It's totally modular, has pet safe fabric, and all covers are removable for easy washing. The cushions have springs inside which is incredibly rare for a couch at this price point. Purchasing a couch from them was a no brainer. There's nothing with this build quality at this price point in the US market. Plus, the flexibility of the modular system means we can always rearrange or purchase additional pieces if needed. Also, it's super easy to move to our next place.
